Untrue. There will be players that will yolo through areas but more often than not they will assist you if you are exploring or will point out useful items for you and hidden areas. Keep in mind they can not face bosses unless you are present to initiate the fight. You can always stick to solo and call for help when you need it.

I wouldn't advise co-oping unless you absolutely have to. in most cases, you don't really have a persistent state of co-oping in a souls game. you really have to go out of your way to play that way.

what I mean by "play online" is be connected to the world -- be connected to PSN -- so you get the various asynchronous online features -- not that you necessarily will play much co-op.

It's because you kept the distance close. If you had kept your distance, then he would've gone crazy. He didn't use his crazy attacks because you stuck close to him.

That seems to be a big complaint throughout the stream for bosses and enemies. I can't tell if it's actually easy or if all the time he spent earlier has made him over leveled or if he's just good.

It's also possible that it has something to do with the order he's hitting the areas in. I haven't been watching, but it sounds pretty open ended. Maybe he went to the lower level areas last?

50 a year AT THE MOST, if you time everything right and stock up when it's cheap you can easily get a sub for 30-40 a year. It's totally worth it

ti would seem that there are many similarities, but the pace of the game is faster, rewarding play that is more aggressive. shields may or may not be in (don't spoil me) but they certainly aren't prominent. if you take damage, there's a short window after taking that damage to recover some of the health by doing damage back to the enemy.

of course you can always do co-op as the HELPER, just dont summon help for yourself. Try a boss a few times and if you dont kill it or need more practice, you can be the co-op and be in others' worlds and you gain experience and bloodtinges etc. and there is no cost to your game waht so ever.

definitely play online...there is a 14 day trial offer for most everyone and although that may not be enough for most players who ant to keep playing, it may be enough for some...at least to know whether they want more.
