[Tyrant Rave]

I loved Dark Souls but it had some lame, janky areas in the second half of the game. Bloodborne gets better and better as you progress. That's what is putting it over the top for me right now

This also does put me in the mood for the DS2:Scholar of the First Sin remaster. I miss my lightning bolts and sunbros

That's really good to hear about the level design. I liked the first half of Dark Souls but it goes to shit after Anor Londo hardcore. Lost Izalith was just a mess and it's amazing that it doesn't get more criticism. It's a big part of why I prefer Demon's to Dark.

So far I think the level design in this has been beyond incredible. It's like a whole game that takes stuff like the Tower of Latria and just ramps it up. Really awesome.

Did Eileen die on you? Cause when I did that she was on one side and I was on the other and we just kept attacking. Throwing poison knives might still work if you're fighting this one 1-on-1. If you've got a Hunter Axe or Ludwig Sword you can knock down enemies with their 2hand charge attack which can help a lot too

Same thing happened to me. I tried to fight him for the first time before going to bed, and I had him down to a pixel row of health before he got me. I was hoping I'd kill him first time.
