Got a question : I don't currently have PS+ and so far, I'm able to see messages and ghosts of other people playing - and dying. What online features are enabled only with a PS+ subscription ? And what will I miss without one ?

I didn't see that info in the OP, If I missed it sorry - please point it to me.

It says that Asynchronous Online Features (ghosts, messages, specter) requires PS+ so you should not be able to see them.

There's a whole bunch of armor and shit you can buy from the merchant.

You can also keep using the beckoning bell to lower it. Also, avoid using madman's knowledge.

other than gaining more insight for co-op.

Did you find the cave area that leads up to that gate that was locked when you first left sick room. The one to the right before you opened the gate to Central Yharniem when you first walked out of Losefka's clinic. Also up there you can fight Losefka Himself.

No that is alright though because this next boss fight is driving me nuts anyway.

I started playing last night and almost made it to the first boss, thinking of rerolling tonight though and choosing another, more long range weapon.

My boyfriend has PS+ with his own account on the same PS4, could his PS+ enable my account to play online too ? I thought you had to subscribe on each account to have the benefits. I'm playing on my profile without PS+ but I see the ghosts and messages and blood puddles. Maybe I can do PVP and Coop also ? Will try it when I have the items to do it.

So I just cleared Nightmare of Mensis, and wow what an awesome area! It's like a perfect blend of the Tower of Latira, and Anor Londo. When I went back to the hunters dream it was on fire, and the closed gate is open now. Am I at the end?

. Is this the final boss? I don't want to go in yet if it is, as I've heard the game goes straight to NG+ after you beat it.

Did you originally talk to the queen in the church in Central Yahrnam and get that gesture. This happened to me when i spawned there but she was there already fighting him so I helped her and she gave me another gesture.

dude now that you mention it I saw him fighting something but I couldnt make it on time since some other mobs attacked me and then by the time i got there he killed her and now he is there alone. I can see an item droped there (presumably from that lady) but I cant beat him now.

It has probably been said before but there are hidden rooms in the chalicedungenos, I just struck a wall and found a room with some creeps and a chest (got some sweet moss)

Died to the 2nd boss about 6 times today. The worst part was that I was within 1 hit of killing him 2 of those times, but panicked, got cornered and died. Ugh. I'm going to play some Garden Warfare to cool off for the rest of the night..

Sure. I reckon that is the case as I'm currently stuck there too. Luckily I found a shortcut.

I've found two shortcuts, but I have no idea where I have to go after I've taken em. And those enemies are pretty tough with a long reach to boot.

I honestly felt no difference in game difficulty with more insight.

I can't remember the amount of times I press triangle thinking I'm double-handing and I forget to use transformation combos. This is where being a Souls veteran works against you.

Tell you what, for such an artistically beautiful game, Bloodborne has probably the worst home screen icon/title screen combo imaginable.

How they didn't go with the amazing logo on black for both is beyond me. We've already bought the game at that point, From; you can put the backside-flaunting protagonist back on your Western shelf of shame (and letterboxed, no less!).

To theleft of the house that was shortcut to lamp. Where those to big guys are patroling go there and go to elevator. When you travel elevator go accross that bridge with a bunch of mobs at other end which heads to next boss

If you want easier enemies yes. Enemy difficulty depends on how much insight you currently have.
