Every person you send to Iosefka is guaranteed to die. The Church is pretty much the only safe place for NPCs. Whether NPCs survive in the Church depends on who you send and how stupid the NPC is.

Besides the whore, who is important? Because I rather send no one there than risk her dying.
 
Just made it to my first
enemy with snakes coming out of his head holy fuck
lost 35,000 echos. Fight did not go down as I anticipated it would.

Arianna and Adella both give you gestures and blood. Arianna eventually has an umbilical cord whereas Adella goes yandere. The old woman from the bridge that had a dog barking at her gives you sedatives.

That said Arianna has very good odds of survival. Her blood is better as well.

I just did my first invasion. I was looking to co-op with someone in a Chalice Dungeon and the game made me invade him I guess because I had the Executioner rune and he had the Vileblood one. I tried to be a nice guy and wait for him sitting down in front of the blue gate you have to unlock and he attacked me on sight. What a jerk. I killed him.

They give you a vial that is really strong but one time use. You can go back to get it again I believe. The nun gives you a vial that increase HP regen while Arianna gives you a vial that gives increased stamina regen.

Jeez... I know it can be done, absolutely. But with the way the system is designed, I'm not sure if I could stomach a low level run. The game seems built around the idea that you will get hit. And later one with such low vitality, I can't even imagine how that will turn out.

Good luck with the run! You are a braver soul than I am lol.
 
Does anyone have any tips for B
SB? I can get it down to 1/3 pretty easily, but the poison cloud always destroys me.

Also, currently lvl. 34 if anyone could jump in and help me with B
SB
that would be helpful!
 
Well, got Rom to half health but got obliterated by
the ice crystals.

Maybe I'm underleveled for this fight? I'm lvl 45.

I'm on NG++ (not that it matters for the chalices), and just about felt like I'd seen everything in the game and the honeymoon period was over, and then I went into the chalice dungeons and fell in love all over again. Yeah my experience as well, although I've only finished the main game once. So far I've made it to
Defiled Lv2 boss
and it's been a blast. If you wait until late/post game they can be kinda boringly easy until you reach at least Depth 3. But Depth 4 starts to get pretty serious even at Lv100+. Great stuff, can't wait to explore them all, especially Depth 5.
