As far as Im concerned everything gives you cancer. So you can either live in fear of your own shadow or go on living your life and not worry about things like this.

Vitamin pills? Obviously. They are manufactured. Your cells are probably like "wtf" when you eat that shit and go absolutely ballistic.
Getting vitamins naturally from food is the way to go.
Of course, everything, im not sure what can be taken in excess and be healthy: alcohol, drugs, food,sex, excercise, water, love, videogames, studies, partying,etc.
also some things are healthier than others, so moderation can be relative, but never on excess.
