"If the NFL really wanted to make Tom Brady disapear for a while they should of just told him they were pregnant"

As a Colts fan, it didn't matter. They could have been throwing the most perfectly inflated balls in the world, and it still would have been a bloodbath.

That said, cheating is cheating. And the Patriots message boards fill me with SO MUCH HAPPY right now.

October 18th - We are all Colts fans.

So Brady comes back just in time for the Colts game, can't imagine that's a coincidence.

Kind of how like Greg Hardy is coming back on the game against the Panthers

wait, people actually thought they'd take away the SB win?

like foreal foreal?

To be fair, had the investigation not taken this long - Brady would have been suspended for the SB. But there was no way they were taking away the Super Bowl. All hell would have broken loose.

Everyone do a shot every time we see this phrase posted.

Impossible. We'll need to break it up into manageable segments. You take a shot every time it's said by a blind Patriots homer whining his team got punished, I'll take one every time somebody is being objective and says it.

Damn, I'm done already. Well, up to you for the rest.

You're going to get demolished when Brady comes to town.

You remember Brady after that blowout last year? Remember how pissed he was?

Yea, I think he's going to be pissed to a factor of 10 for the Colts game.

he would have gotten much less if he would have cooperated with the investigation and turned over his phone.

or much much more...

To be fair the NFL executives didn't turn over their personal cell phones when they were under investigation either (and they aren't a prominent spokesperson for the players union like Brady is, it would be a precedent they probably wouldn't want) so I don't see why he should have to just to meet the demand of those same executives, or be considered guilty or not cooperating for not doing so. They already had his communications with Jastremski anyways.

only 4 games nope not surprised.

All I hear being in the AFC east is that you need a QB with big hands due to the strong winds and rain that make it hard to grip the ball. Wouldn't deflating them be an advantage in those conditions?

Just put the asterisk next to their wins.

NFL with egg on their face. Taking this completely minor infraction as their hill to die on. I hope Daddy Kraft finally parts ways with Goodell and gets rid of that loser once and for all. Fining the team goes against their own report. That's what happens when you are winners, people come out of the wood work trying to explain the awesomeness on display and have to resort to conspiracy when the fact is the Patriot way is just better than everyone else's way. Pats losing a 1st round draft pick is something we lose every year so don't give two shits about that.

If you want a true insight into how entitled and delusional the Pats fans here are - enjoy the bolded.

If Goodell had to side with Kraft or every other owner in the league guess who he is going to side with?

Nobody likes the Patriots. Nobody likes their cheating bullshit. Especially other NFL owners. Goodell is doing the work his bosses told him to do.

Would you say it's a bit of a...witch hunt!?

*passes out stinking of rum*

Keep it coming, guys. Twitter is good but these lengthier posts offer much more meat.

salt in the ocean ain't got nothing on the salt i'm seeing everywhere about this

I think he knew about it but it was so dumb for them to do it in a game where all they had to do was hand off to win anyway

To be fair, a bunch of staffers got suspended.

I know there were other penalties, but there are in the case of the Patriots as well. Patriots "maybe, possibly, maybe not" violating a technical rule that the NFL never gave a shit about until January getting twice the fine of a team that intentionally sought to injure opposing players is a joke.

Well-orchestrated marketing for Brady's return in Game 5 against the Colts, the team he was caught cheating against.

SB win and last season's games should be vacated. Then we're talking.

Seahawks shouldn't have been so fucking stupid and they wouldn't have lost.
