Intresting discussion from PC Games Hardware:

Because its in german here are a couple intresting things:
- huge world, huge stage for the story
- you can play the game without knowing the witcher 1/2 and the books, but you get more out of the game as a fan, a lot of fan service,a lot of characters from previoues games and books
- you meet characters that could have died in previous games, triggers long quest, even shows up in the main quest
- no typical fetch quests like kill ten rabbits
- every quest has its own story, even small sidequests and monster hunting contracts
- first half of main story, to much person finding
- overused witcher senses
- exp only for quests, not for monsters, always needs 2000 exp per lvl, so each quest stays relevant, even if you have a much higher lvl
- skill system not that great, fighting in the beginning didn´t vary that much from fighting in the later parts of the game, but a lot of fun throughout the game
- respec potion
- highlights of the game are design of the world and questdesign, maybe new benchmark for questdesign
- game not that hard, they played on normal
- weirdly huge falling damage
- 6 weeks old review version
- framerate drops in crowded areas/areas with a lot of effects, but never takes away from the gameplay
- long loading times
- annoying candles that distract/hinder from collecting loot/items and there are a lot of candles
- downgrade yes but it still looks amazing on PS4
- brilliant facial animations
