It's from a mod. A great one at that (TTW), but the modders aren't privy to some sekrit information so it's just a joke/guess.

Problem with october is MGSV and Mad Max! But if Fallout 4 drops that month, I will prioritize it over the other two!

Did anyone else stop and think about the fact that the character speaks out loud ("come on, boy" or whatever) at the end? That's presumably the player character. I wonder if we're getting voiced PCs this time.

Fallout has its own legs, it will get a lot of sales no matter what it's competing with.Problem with october is MGSV and Mad Max! But if Fallout 4 drops that month, I will prioritize it over the other two!
Is there a story reason behind the Fallout world looking like the 50's even though it takes place in the future?
.Is there a story reason behind the Fallout world looking like the 50's even though it takes place in the future?
The series is set in a fictionalized United States alternate history scenario that diverged from our reality following World War II. The transistor was not invented, while vacuum tubes and atomic physics became the cornerstones to scientific progress, eventually achieving the technological aspirations of the early Atomic Age and locking society into a 1950s cultural stasis. Thus, in this alternative "golden age", a bizarre socio-technological status quo emerges, in which advanced robots, nuclear-powered cars, directed-energy weapons, and other futuristic technologies are seen alongside 1950s-era computers and telephones, and the aesthetics and Cold War paranoia of the 1950s continue to dominate the American lifestyle well into the 21st century.

Someone excited about a game posted a rebuke of a negative opinion = a damaged moral center, in need of a therapistYou know that idiom doesn't mean anything, correct?
It's a reflexive psychological defense mechanism humans use to detach themselves from differing points of view in an attempt to claim that those with contrary ideas must be incapable of existing in a social framework outside of their opinion and thusly devaluing their worth as a human an based on their acceptance by a community.
It's effectively an attempt to dehumanize others. Interesting that my constructed opinions have had enough of an effect on your life that you have to attempt to break me down on a personal level in order to feel better about yourself.
Have you ever thought of the sheer cruelty of what you're doing there? That you need to attempt to bully and intimidate someone and make them feel like less of a human because of their Internet posted opinion? I'm sorry your moral center is so damaged, I hope it gets better someday. I'd suggest seeing a therapist.![]()
Because it's a trailer. That's what trailers are supposed to do. Unless you're one of those people who likes having the whole plot spelled out for you in a trailer, but even then, a lot of people would argue that that's what would make a SHITTY trailer. Not to mention all of your nonsensical talk about the fabled "Objective opinion" which intellectual internet try hards have tried to claim exists for decades now. They chose to put limited information about their narrative focused game as a way to sell their game.
This is how they want this game to be perceived. As shallow, trite, lacking cohesion.
What one doesn't say is just as relevant as what one does. You're also backtracking, and failed to justify your personal attack, as well as failing to articulate what about the trailer is actually not worthy of derision.
This is what they've shown. On evaluation, it is lacking. If it were defensible you would step up to the plate and make a defense of it, but your goto strategy was to attempt to discredit me as a speaker rather than stay on the topic.

Those two are in September.
Can I have sex with the Dog? Has that been confirmed??

The objective opinion. Quite the oxymoron.
It's STILL the exact same codebase.
It's obvious since DAoC was using the same engine and always matched the same upgrades.
Oblivion was run by Netimmerse/Gamebryo and a bunch other middleware that went along it. Same as DAoC.
The trees and grass were SpeedTree (same in DAoC and now Witcher 3), and they even used middleware for their ugly "faces", that was also licensed a year later for DAoC.
Same for the physics engine.
Netimmerse/Gamebryo was basically a collection of middleware engines horribly plastered together.
So it's only an opinion that James Joyce had a superior grasp of narrative construction than Dan Brown?
Are you of the belief video games are immune to critical analysis? Or they should be? Your position is smarmy without any real depth. I know it hurts your fragile ego but some artistic creations simply miss the mark.
It's what we call artifice.
Not made by me but reflects the online community opinions pretty well:

Exactly. I see this more as a three minute teaser than a trailer.
Yes. As hard as this may be for you to believe, it's only an opinion. So it's only an opinion that James Joyce had a superior grasp of narrative construction than Dan Brown?

I'm astounded – after years of bullshots and publisher deception – that people are complaining about an actual trailer that shows the game in a feasible presentation that they would achieve in time for release.
Whoa what is that second shot from?
Mafia 2Whoa what is that second shot from?
In terms of sales volume Fallout 4 would annihilate both.
If Fallout 4 is hitting this year I feel bad for anyone launching near it
but XCom 2 will complement Fallout 4 nicelyIn terms of sales volume Fallout 4 would annihilate both.

Edit: and they are both September
Looks like another shitty Bethesda product alright.

Is this legit, or a fake? What is the source of this?
