Remember last year when we thought Nintendos e3 was going to suck and then they hit us with four brand new games we had no idea about? (Mario maker, Splatoon, captain toad, and Kirby) on top of some games that we already knew about (Zelda and yoshi) and some updates on other games (star fox, x, bayoneta, hyrule warriors).

I thought nintendo would stink last year and they brought it.

Really? So you consider last years E3 Game output ANY good ? The way it was presented was amazing but new games announcements were pretty lamé. 1 minigame and 2 ANOTHER sidescrollers are nothing to write home about. Zelda and Splatoon were the only great games announcements in my opinion

Some of the announcements are kinda big though. Like, I feel Fallout 4 and Dark Souls 3 would have been more exciting to announce on stage rather than through the internet.

But then you're competing for press space with every other big announcement that happens at the same time. It's only reasonable for companies to unveil games ahead of time so that they get a day of coverage to themselves and don't get lost in the shitmist of E3.

Some of that crap was on the verged of being leaked, so they officially announced it to cover their tracks.

And Ryu IS a leak. Smash Event is still tomorrow, which is on the same day as their NWC, considered PART OF E3.

It seems that every year we get something pretty juicy from the big 3 leading up to the press conferences, this year that's not the case so far. Everyone has been pretty good about controlling the flow of information and we haven't been able to catch a whiff of anything.

What's going on?

We are getting the usual bullshit "leaks" that are obviously made up by some websites for hits but nothing from a truly trusted source. Not yet.

Nothing has been leaked yet... if halo 5's campaign footage got out that would be a leak, if a picture of nintendos new system showed up that would be a leak if the last guardians return is confirmed by a leaked video that would also be major. ...a transformer game is not an e3 leak
