Steam Summer Sale 2015 thread of refunding everything you buy (June 11-21)

The ability to scroll down and just keep going to see games is actually really really nice on the steam main store page. I've fricken hated searching for anything on steam, and now in the past hour I've added about 10 games to my wishlist just from scrolling down and checking out stuff that looks cool.

I've been hiding my purchases away in the games tab, I can't remember what I've bought outside of looking at my purchase history. Accomplishing a guilt free steam sale one step at a time.

Is Steam in the browser bugging the fuck out for anyone else? I go to log in, it seems like I do, but the home page always has me logged out

The only thing I don't like about it is when I click on a game, and then press the back button, I have to start looking at a brand new list again... why not just go back to where I left off? It makes me not want to click on a game until I've seen everything on the list.

Finally picked up a Bluetooth dongle for my PC, and I'm really enjoying finally being able to do some couch gaming again (or in this case, bed gaming.)

I really am considering picking up the witcher 3 since a) I know it'll be in GOTY conversations and B) my new setup is way more conducive to playing games like that, but man I have such a huge backlog that I want to finish before I pick it up. This sale hasn't helped that at all. I mean just in the last few days I picked up the metro bundle, this war of mine, and duck game.

All these video games are taking up my video gaming time.

Ah ok! Nice. Thanks.

Just note some people in Ranked are there to attempt to win the game. But if you go into the mindset of "I'm going to try my best win/lose" you'll be fine, outside of those people yelling at you. But just ignore them, they're tryhards.

this sale has me thinking of buying games that I don't really need to yet, arghhhh

i'm going to still wait to see if CS: Go ends up being a flash deal because I'm not going to start playing it any time in the next few weeks

Have hauled so far: Witcher 2, Portal 2 (a double dip), and Sonic & All Stars Racing Transformed.

Might pick up Max Payne 3 if it goes cheap than it already is (I have the PS3 version). I was tempted by Tomb Raider, but I got that free off PSN as well. Was even thinking about Bioshock Infinite, but guess what? I got that free off PSN as well LOL. Thanks Sony...

The thing is I don't mind playing MP3 and TR on the PS3, but Bioshock Infinite is one that I wanted play with mouse and keyboard. So many decisions to make..

Woah. Metal Slug X for -75%? Wasn't that -50% before the flash sale?

Let me save you time: It's not. $7.50 is it's only sale price. Buy now, or forever hold your peace.

Caved in and bought Sonic Generations. Though a bit expensive, I do want to play it this summer or autumn. Have enough Steam money and not really a lot of things I want to buy currently, despite having a wishlist with 40+ games. Most interested in my top 2.

w/e, it's been at that price since the beginning of sale so it's not like it's going to increase either =p

Besiege is 15% off, should I wait? And is it as awesome as it looks?

Dude, game is already so cheap, and it is really great. Definitely worth it, and the sooner you get it the cheaper it'll be as they'll continue increasing price throughout development.

Dark Souls II when it goes on sale, or Shadow of Mordor now?

Need something to sink time into. I've never played a souls game, but I have played every Arkham game, and i hear SoM is basically tolkien Arkham.

Fuck me... So far it's only been leadwerks engine and the rpgmaker software that have gone on sale...

Really hoping more go on sale.

If you've never played a souls game, get DS1 if it's really cheap

Buy the first Dark Souls and use DSFix to fix it. Skip Mordor until it's much cheaper. It's boring and not as interesting as the Batman games.
