Batman: Arkham Knight - Review Thread

Alright, thankfully it appears I was wrong in my previous posts, pre-loading has just started for me on the EU PSN ! It's still going to be a couple of days before it's completely downloaded but that's a start...

Are we sure this game is 1080p on PS4? It's probably due to the blur-filter AA and abuse of CA, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was 900p.

You are a little quick with the spoilers my friend. I had no idea that character was in the game. You made a comment earlier which I also felt was spoilery :/

OK, if you find the Batmobile sections to be easy than hard it is.

And I think that if it was 900P, DF would spot it immediately, they have an eye for such things, if I'm not mistaken somebody already counted full hd on PS4 here?

And you'd be surprised but some people like CA and a little softer image, you could see it with The Order and all the post effects that some people found appealing.
 
Wow, the blur is a bit much and is actually masking how fantastic the game looks on consoles. Hopefully they tone that down a bit for more clarity or implement a toggle for console owners.

Agreed

I'm used to it from school, where a D is 50-59% and it's a pass. It makes more sense to use the full scale, and I wish that people wouldn't see 70% and run for the hills.

I didn't mind it with The Order because it was subtly used. With this game however they seem to have just thrown it over the corners of the image without a care in the world. Looks awful.
 
I don't think that character being in this game is a spoiler worth hiding, surely?

I'd assume it was a given, especially as it's the last in the RS trilogy.

It wasn't the character that was the spoiler (I believe it's fair game regarding spoilers if a certain thing has been already been shown in official trailers/ gameplay videos, no?), it was the
explosive collar around her neck
. I was careless, my apologies.
 
Hoping this game actually runs at all on my GTX560 Ti. Origins ran fairly well, so I hope I can at least play this with low settings.
 
My pre load seems to available to download here in the UK but everytime i select download to PS4 it says error ???

Anyone else with the same issue ?

After the Midnight release tonight I'm going to have extra dlc codes for scarecrow and harley quinn, if anyone wants them pm me and I'll be more then happy to share.

i do get the same error massages here in the german psn
 
Who is doing the OT? Can't wait to get this tomorrow. Will check out the Arkham Asylum graphic novel that comes with it while it installs and patches.
 
I'm reading the reviews with interest. I loved Arkham Asylum, but just couldn't get into City. Tried and gave up numerous times, I just never grabbed me.

I had that error as well and I had to start a download for Singstar for it to work. I know it sounds weird but you can look here for confirmation : http://community.us.playstation.com/t5/PlayStation-4-Support/Error-CE-37700-7/m-p/45158795#M153104

bloodborne pictures looked a bit crap as well and its 1080p. I think its just the filters being used. If its 900p then the difference in resolution wont be apparent due to the heavy filters much like it was with dying light.
 
Does the key received from GMG unlock tomorrow or my key is broken?

EDIT: Damn i tried too many times to redeem the code, i have to wait now :/
