Splatoon |OT2| Prepare to Dye

Turf War is too boring...

...but Splat Zones gives me a brain aneurysm with the amount of times I get paired up with a team which gets CRUSHED.

The amount of times I just drop my Gamepad onto my floor from my beanbag because I know we aint coming back even after I have killed all 4 of their team while my teammates just do f*ck all to help.

Is it true that japanese players start ranked at c+?

@MouldyK: Yeah that's why I took a break from ranked. I want to play splatzones but kept getting matched with potatoes and I'm not good enough to win 1v4 yet.

you need a full charge to get 100 damage with the Squiffer even with 3 Damage Up mains and subs, there's some weird damage cap with that weapon
Well, Squiffer is back on shelf collecting dust.

I'm testing out Comeback with Stealth Jump using the N-Zap. So far so good.

Yeah, I think i'll just play Turf War and relax from now on. While boring, it don't cause me to think about smashing my Gamepad.

I mean, I still lose alot, probably because I can't use the Nozzlenose well, but I still get 500pts and do my bit for the team. :D

Yeah that was a good kill,I'm having a real hard time killing people when their in my face right now, first time with gyro and dual squelchers

Planning to try this when I get home. Not sure what shirt and weapon I'll be using though. Probably just start with my usual ninja squid and dual squelcher.

Dual squelcher is poor in close range combat. You have to use your range to keep people away from you, though that can be a challenge sometimes.

I feel as though Ninja Squid only helps if your team has control already. Otherwise, there isn't enough ink around.
This makes sense and seems to match my experience some. If there isn't much of your ink around they can guess pretty well where you'll be anyways. But when you have a lot of ink down you can be anywhere, and those are the situations I do really well in with ninja squid.

Oh I know it's just annoying missing kills I can normally get using analog controls, just trying out gyro lately
