its beautiful, sogooooood.gif.... also, where is the news for this game? Its coming out in like 70ish days :O I would have expected some more reveals for cars, tracks, features perhaps, but I guess T10 wants to keep us thirsty for those 3D Puddles

Forza 6 has puddles but Im the one who is currently wet.

Amazing work btw.

Edit: God damn it, the Xbox Rewards this month include dropping £35.99 on a racing game, £11.99 on extra content for a racing game and earning 10 achievements in a racing game. Achievements I can do, but there's no content that I don't own and I just pre-paid for F1 2015 yesterday (30th June) -_-

I know. I just saw this yesterday and shook my head. I like Rewards in general, but sometimes these offers are ridiculous.

I preordered the Ultimate Edition today because of payday because it was featured on the rewards missions, but was bummed to see that the DLC in the bundle would not count for the other points.

Less than 11 weeks until launch. I'd have thought the drip-feeding and teases would have continued after E3, but since then - nada.

Damn, really? Great catch, T10!
Formula E series was really good, the immense acceleration of those cars should be fun around a track or two. By the way, maybe it comes bundled with a track of two from the series? Miami? Please not London.

Glad to see this kind of thing. Was annoying in Forza 5 that one couldn't make the best use of the cars.

In quick race mode you could set the car class - D, R, P etc. But not the type. So you couldn't set - for example - 1960s F1 cars, GT3 etc.

This kind of inclusion of full grids implies that we'll be able to create races for event types, not just Forza P-classes. I certainly hope so.

The formula e car was fun in Forza 5. It has great acceleration in its class but lacks in top speed. Makes for fun races where you're overtaking a bunch.

I dont care about official formula e tracks since they're pretty awful.

I actually had forgotten they had Formula E on Forza 5. Gotta get back to it. Anyway, I really liked the Miami track. Gorgeous vistas. It should make a fun city track. London was absolutely awful though.

I wouldn't want the focus to be on electric, but I've had a blast with the Tesla Model S in FH2. It's different and a lot of fun to drive.

As I said in the other thread, Formula E is okay, but 10 out of the 450 cars already start to worry me about new cars spot.

Plus one is enough and we have the livery editor to make ourselve the rest of the field.

Not a big fan of electric cars in driving games - I like to hear a good meaty engine.

Formula E was a pretty cool event series in F5, but I still barely got used to the "engine" feedback while I was racing. Like, something felt wrong about what I was hearing. Still, I managed to keep my nose pointed the right way more than I do in F1.

I think we can live with 2.22% of the car list being Formula E cars.(oops)

Are you related to Dice (the user, not the developer) by any chance?

10 out 450 is 2,22%. =P
And it's a joke btw, 2% of cars being Formula-E is quite small, as there is still 440 other cars to choose from !!!

Sorry, just woke up and I'm not thinking straight right now.... lol

Well I can see the Formula E people approaching them to get these in for exposure. These cars are all the same too under the rules of the series.

It's not that many cars in the larger roster, and hopefully they do some cool stuff with it in career or whatever. I like the cars and tech, full grid races could be fun on real tracks instead of the shit they ran in real life.

I'm one of those people who worship forza 4 and think 450 is not enough. So 450 minus all racing duplicate, I'm worried.

Even if it's 2,2% , I'd rather see 10 different car instead of 10 times the same with a paintjob.

Maybe I'm too much of a car nerd.

I guarantee it was for advertising, I wouldn't worry too much.

Man I hope they let you race strictly by type and not just class. FH differentiated them into groups and it would be much better to create realistic race events

I'll give them a try in FM5 and see how I get on.

I quite like the idea of having the Formula E series in Forza. I think the main reason it's been pushed in is because the series isn't big enough to warrant it's own game, so it makes sense to put the cars in a game like this.
Probably never will be big enough either.

Forza 6 needs to group their races together like Championships with points etc.

Forza Horizon 2 does it, so no excuse for Forza Motorsport 6.

Maybe to improve longevity so you have to get Gold in each race in order to 100% the game instead of just Gold for each championship.

At first I was thinking "well that's kinda crap, but I guess it makes some sense".

And then I remembered that in FM5 you don't even need to actually win to get a gold.

Any reason we get less cars in car packs this time around? Forza 5, Forza 4 and Forza 3 had 10 cars per car pack, Forza 6 only give you 7 cars per car pack. Forza 5 Car Pass covered 8 car packs with 10 cars in each and that was 80 cars. Forza 6 on the other hand covers 6 car packs (which I think it was the same in Forza 4 and Forza 3) but with 7 cars in each pack which is only 42 cars.

I already bought Ultimate edition but I was just browsing the store and checked the description for Season Pass, I feel kinda disappointed that they made car packs smaller.

My guess is that the cars need more work done since they have to prepare them for night and wet conditions, so less cars per pack.

Also, the Forza 5 car pass initially covered the first 6 packs, then it was extended to the following 2.
