Kojima himself wanted to show this video in the first place. There's literally 0 plot information in the demonstrations, as they've been proven to adjusted for said demonstration purposes.
Well that concept has been around for the first MGS in 1998, MGS4 with the B&B Unit. B&B were supposed to be completely naked in game but due to censorship laws, they were put in skintight suits.

That last mission was for more "experienced" players of the series, using the cardboard box, sneaking suit, and bandana. Tip of the hat to older MGS games.
I fail to see why the bandana is such a huge issue. It's not The Boss's bandana, it's just a regular tactical bandana. There's head options to wear the shemagh, bandana, face masks, etc. Purely cosmetic. If it were an Infinity Bandana, then the surprise would be ruined, but otherwise there's nothing wrong with showing it.

Remember, sexuality in Japan is not as taboo as it is here in the States and in other countries. This game is not supposed to have us stay in our comfort zones, there's going to be moments that bring us out of that. We've got child soldiers, racism, sexual violence, amputees, POWs, torture, human medical experimentation, etc. If anything this is NOT the game that should be appropriate to everyone. Quiet's boobs being a nuisance to you? That's just the surface, and I wouldn't recommend getting any more involved with this game.

This is not the first time Kojima did this, just remember Snatcher or Policenauts.
It was way long before MGS he did that with the sexuality thing.
I'm not even surprised, I know many people will see Quiet as misogyny, I even think reviewers will state that as a negative point or not.
It really depends if Kojima is keeping his promise because he stated in his interviews that it has a reason that she is clothed that way she is.

This, so much this. Quiet's boobs are the least people will complain about this game. There will be so much worse stuff for example the whole child soldiers thing is pretty fucked up but then again it's also sadly realistic.
We live in a terrible world, child soldiers are a thing, it's the sad reality and this alone is more fucked up than anything Quiet could ever wear.
