Every woman is different, but I'm definitely in that 75% that can't come strictly from penetration.

The best piece of advice I can give to a guy regarding clit-play is to start off slowly and don't apply too much pressure. If she knows what she likes and what gets her off she'll usually let you know by either visual or verbal cues.

Also, foreplay for women usually starts well before getting to the bedroom. Just doing simple things like hand holding or resting your hand on the small of her back can go a long way in setting the mood for later.
