all we need is the police to show up and charge the clippers with kidnapping

How can they barricade Jordan without his consent? This is illegal. Are the Clippers actually preventing him from speaking to legal counsel (his agent)?

HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Suck it Cuban! (even though this honestly is better for his team in the long term)

No doubt the nba is jumping up and down with joy right now. The First game of Dallas vs Clippers is going to be chippy as all hell because of the bad blood.

I want to see cuban and steve yelling at each other after every made and missed basket.

Yahoo Source: Clippers, DeAndre Jordan meeting was short. It was clear he was returning to them. Then they started to play cards.

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL

Translation: Eat shit, Cuban.

Meanwhile, the Spurs are watching this unfold.

Right there, what you wrote, right there... more entertaining that Wrestling has been in 20 years.
That's close to when I stopped watching wrestling.

This is probably setting a bad precedent. Any team who made a bad trade or any free agents who agreed to a deal can back out. Kings could just send a "lol jk" text to the Sixers before midnight. Guys who go back against their words should be shunned.

WOW!

It appears DeAndre Jordan had a last minute change of heart and has decided to sign with the Boston Celtics for the veteran minimum. - @WojYahooNBA

Goddamn. I wish my grandmother were still around to drink a pint of Cuban's bitter tears. She was a huge NBA fan and despised the guy.

:(

Not really, this stuff happens all the time. Big difference in a player backing out and a GM nixing a deal.

If I were DeAndre I would have Cuban and Ballmer participate in some kind of crazed billionaire competition like ballooning, space travel, or salt flat jet car racing.

Deandre Jordan last week verbally committed to signing with the Dallas Mavericks, a rival team. According to a moratorium during the first week of Free Agency, a player cannot sign to make it official until July 9th.

His former teammates and coaches did not take this lightly, and decided to lobby him to re-sign with the Clippers, his original team. The players are still at his house convincing him to come back, even after the verbal commitment.

This is not necessarily taboo, but is in bad form as Verbal agreements and agreements in principle serve a purpose for the rest of the NBA to continue to make moves and deals. If a verbal commitment doesn't hold weight anymore, business breaks down.

Jordan is now on the verge of signing back with his original team.

Is that better?

Yeah, that is great. OP was confusing as hell.

This def seems in bad form for the Clippers. Makes them look really shitty.
