There is no fixed time.

Says so right on the schedule:

Broadcast begins at 10:00am PDT. Each match will begin after the previous one concludes.

If games end after 20 mins they would have to fill in 1/2 hour gaps with nothing. Fixed time for Dota tournament matches is pretty hard to do. (and dumb imo)
