I don't think that's an issue with the Dota 2 engine though, but something that Icefrog deliberately allows. It was probably an engine issue in wc3 and why it happens now. That's my guess, but who knows.

Actually, Storm is the hero which benefits the more from an Aegis, so it makes sense he benefits from a buyback. The problem is that with his mobility, his buyback is basically an Aegis anywhere on the map.
