Man, when i read about his logic to explain legalizing rape...yup. dude deserve getting a beer to his face, especially after that stunt he pull
Did you miss the several CrashSimonFaye posts that said exactly that, that they were just attacking for his opinions? CrashSimonFaye wasn't "just" disagreeing with the actions taken by the people in the bar, he actually spent the whole fucking thread claiming the reason for the actions of the people in the bar were just because of difference of opinions and nothing else.

They're only doing what he thinks should happen. Why is he complaining?
Those advocating mob justice are forgetting:
What if they identified the wrong guy? Just someone that looks like him?
What if he lied about that rape in a book to try and seem edgy or sell the book?
Obviously nothing extreme happened, but alcohol + mob justice could very easily end in him being killed or seriously hurt, it is not the place of regular citizens to be judge, jury and executioner here. Because they will get it wrong. This forum was very quick to blame reddit for the boston bomber witch hunt.....
I was very close to mentioning Gamergate, which seems to be the current equivalent in most Neogaf threads. This thread is actually similar, where neogaf puts its hands over its ears instead of trying to have a debate. As stupid as the gamergate movement was, I thought the response here was more embarrassing.
Not sure if it's what the other user was speaking of, but sounds close enough:

Damn, that horrible piece of shit was written by this guy? I vaguely remember reading that article back then and also that the website RoK was related to GG somehow (and what a match they were), but couldn't recall any specific details. What a disgusting human being.I remember an article from this douche's site that was posted in the GamerGate thread. It was about abusing one's wife in order to control her, and it was fucking terrifying.
That's what I'm saying.Well, one could argue they are only handling it the way he wants them to handle it. He has proposed that a woman should kick and scream and fight all they can when know they are getting pulled somewhere they don't want to be. So he wants them to assualt him if their answer is no.

I was wondering why he isn't in jail or have warrants out for him if he admitted to rape. Maybe someone has the answer to this?
From what I read earlier it seems like it was essentially some kind of date rape where he went home with a drunk girl and (knowingly) took advantage of her.
I'd guess she didn't press charges because she was embarrassed, felt ashamed, and was scared of having to relive the experience. Reasons that a lot of rapes don't get reported.
Sounds like he should be pushed out of a bar before he even talks to a woman.
By his logic if I saw him walking down the street I'd be justified in killing him first so he couldn't hurt me or my family.
The police report for those that are interested:
Wait, what?
Beer isn't flammable. In fact, being wet with beer would make you less likely to catch on fire than being not wet with beer.
The whole MRA subculture is really terrifying. I'm glad one of their shitty leaders got a little comeuppance but the tactics these psychopaths use for vengeance, I don't know if it's worth it, to be honest. Scary people.
I don't know if it was these exact individuals but yeah, this group had a big anti-Fury Road push. Are these douchebags the same people who were whining about Mad Mad: Fury Road's alleged "feminist propaganda" which enmasculated the "great American hero that's Mad Max" (tip: he's not American) and by giving a female character as much importance as the titular one? Because "no one orders Mad Max around" or some shit like that.

Yes. They also whined about Captain Phasma from the new Star Wars movie for "imposing gender egalitarianism on a beloved sci-fi franchise."

I don't get how what he's saying is legal? He's essentially supporting and encouraging sexual violence. If you wrote the same kind of shit supporting murder, wouldn't that catch attention from the law?

Yeah I thought so... I wish Canada would put him in jail to make a point.I wonder if he could get arrested. Hate speech is not covered by constitutional free speech in Canada. In fact, I think it's a criminal offence. I might be wrong.
edit: yup, section 319 of the Criminal Code prescribes up to two years of imprisonment for anyone who incites hatred of an identifiable group. I believe encouraging the rape of women falls into that.

I believe encouragement of finding out who was at the protest earlier that day in order to doxx them would also count as a criminal offence
My instinct tells me so too. I couldn't tell you exactly under what section though. While in law school, we were being focused on common offences; the ones a prosecutor sees in his day-to-day job. Doxxing was not amongst them.
There was a petition going around to prevent this guy from even getting in Montreal. Guess it didn't work.
In regards to rape, according to Roosh V:
To be frank, petitions to prevent someone from showing up are extremely silly.
Think about the Kanye West one for the Pan Am games. It was atrociously stupid.
Petitions are supposed to restrict individual rights now?
