They both kind of representing healing for the respective parties. Both parties prioritize certain ideals. Trumps economic policy to restore American industry and economic prowess is quite enticing and I do agree with him on that front. In many ways I don't want to see America live at the expense of the world. But America's economic stability is necessary more many corners of the world, and third world conditions are improving. An economic race to the bottom with China is not what we need.
I still prefer Sanders vastly and pretty much every issue. Sanders pretty much as my heart on domestic issues. But Trump has me on international economics. Though I'd hate to see a return of the Industrial Military Complex. But I can see quite clearly why people would be split between the two. Plus it's refreshing to see them both essentially independents bucking the trends of party politics. It reminds you have there are often two solutions to any problem, and it's the corruptions that keeps any solution from ever working.
