She just needs a hug. I'd hug her.
I was certain that was a different Kate...
Ignore it if you dont understand meWait, what?
I'm not following this logic.
Well, I'm not arguing against that. It just happens that there's a tiny, teensy, weensy, minuscule probability Victoria's continuous harassment was a nice chunk inside that combination of things. Victoria doesn't get a free pass, a cookie and/or a shoulder to lean on from my Max. Kate in the hospital after the incident was willing to forgive Victoria and turn the other cheek. She's probably praying for her or something. I won't.
Within the world's lore it's unlikely this is the first hand Victoria has had in making someone's life miserable for her own amusement either, simply not to this extent.
Victoria: "I'm not perfect, okay? I'm a teenager at an art school!"
Max: "Yes Madame Asshat, and your point is?"
There's "not being perfect" and pushing around a loner clearly at the end of their spirits (multiple times, backed by loyal goons). I have no doubt in my mind Victoria has major insecurity issues; that's obvious from the first episode. However, her actions bred from them doesn't make for "subjective" anything. She's simply dodging responsibility from encouraging a student to think they're alone, unwanted and of little worth, a trait akin to spoiled fucks [and bad people].
I have saved her every single time! Frank seems cool with Max, so maybe he'll save her...right? Shit, maybe Kate will get her revenge.Let's hope Alyssa will back you up !
I wonder if Nathan having that gun is going to come into play...
In my play through he does, because I didn't let Warren get in that ass
No, fuck Warren. He's a cunty piece of shit.
Im gonna genderbend her style. Love her clothesI'm still undecided on Warren. At times he seems like a nice enough dude, other times there's just something off about him, can't quite put my finger on it. He has that line in ep.4 "I know how to stay inivisible here", which set my alarm bells ringing. We'll find out in ep.5 I guess.
Anyway, here's a nice cosplay of Victoria I found. So cool to see all the fan art and cosplay take off for this game.

What if Alyssa is the other time traveler, and the only reason she gets into those situations is because she put herself there?
It's all a test... to see if you're worthy of joining the Teenage Timelords.
Yeah... that's my post.
I stand by it (at the time).
Given the surface evidence that you were blaming him for -- making Kate cry and run off? I think was the implication for the basis of the accusation, it didn't seem justified -- No one could call that!People totally called that
What the fuck though, what the fuck. The fuck.
Edit: As bad as it is, I really liked the artwork they made for the photographs of tortured subjects -- context and all, sure, but that was some fine photography.
The only reason I was the least bit suspicious of him is because he stuck around in the game and didn't really have any significance until the reveal at the end of 4, and said some odd stuff, mostly in that opening lecture. I didn't blame him trying to stay in Max's character though.
You're right about the photos. Those are well done, all the in game photos are so nicely done.
I'm pretty sure the code is on one of the pieces of evidence that's on Nathan's part of the board in Chloe's room. I didn't even notice that some of the numbers were worn down but remembered that one of his notes had a three digit number on so I checked the note in the pause menu then entered that code and got it first time. The second thing that stumped me was the 3 digit code to the bunker -- I went over every piece of evidence in the barn many, many times. I tried 722 and 724 -- for the dates on the old Prescott letter, and some of the prices for the groceries (and cocaine) on the old receipt. I even tried fruitlessly to find the evidence for Nathans code, because I remember a 3 digit number on that piece of paper in red text, but I couldn't find it despite flicking through every note in the game -- I looked out the front of the barn for a mailbox with numbers on it, I looked on the broken car for a license plate, I feel like I tried everything
But it turns out I was just supposed to press the variations of the 3 different numbers that were worn down -- something that I was only prompted to by Max after capping out my attempts on the keypad -- I kept rewinding after each failure, so I hear that hint for quite a long time.
Was there an another solution? Just curious if anyone else was trying to work out that code with the same mindset I had, or I just thought about it the wrong way.

I loved the puzzles. The piecing together of the evidence was nice and simple, but it felt like you were making progress.
The phone reset thing was weird. I didn't get it right, so I had to enter the PUK, but it's nice that they had it fork a bit and not just be 'hey, enter all these numbers!'
The code to the bunker I got IMMEDIATELY only because it was a 3 digit code, and there was one on Nathan's piece of paper. It was the only 3 digit code. Pop it in, bewm.
Only one I had trouble with was unlocking Nathan's phone, couldn't figure out his code, but after like 2 or 3 attempts it lets you enter the reset code to get into the phone anyway.

So I finished Episode 4 last night. GOOD GOD.
They basically upped the ante from jump street. They had big emotional moments in the other few eps, but started with a SAVAGE one. Holy shit, I'm not a big proponent of euthanasia at all...but Chloe was pretty damn close to being justified in asking for it. Such a cruel situation she was in. Thank god Max was able to rewind that out.
Loved seeing Kate. The whole tone of the game really does depend on if you save her or not. Everything had some form of hope with it, no matter how bad they got.
JESUS, THE CONFRONTATION WITH FRANK. Oh my god Chloe fucking shot Pompidou, and then fucking popped Frank. Harrowing stuff. Thank god I was able to maneuver around that. It felt like a small version of Kate's situation.
Finding Rachel stung so, so damn bad. Holy shit, Chloe was just devastated. Ashly Burch really brought it there.
I'm really thinking that picture with Warren is going to save the day. Loved Veronica and Max finally burying the hatchet a bit. Very cool to see that stuff from Ep 1 actually fucking mattered in the end game.
FUCKING JEFFERSON
you blamed him in episode 2? that doesn't even make sense, he wasn't suspicious at that point and had nothing to do with Kate trying to jumpI blamed Jefferson.
I've played through each episode three times already, making different choices each time. It was only natural that Jefferson gets blamed when you do it that way.
Devs with branching storylines hate people like me. We milk every option possible to see how it affects the world.
I'm really hoping for very different endings in each.
Victoria is mean but if you're not an asshole to her in episode 1 you can see she's actually a good person but obviously insecure and desperate to succeedI cant stand how anyone could hate on Victoria shes mean but she has a good heart. I warned her, I think shes my favorite character in the game.
No, fuck Warren. He's a cunty piece of shit.

FUCKING JEFFERSON
all you had to do was submit your photo
He told you to enter your fucking photo. Now he has Max to take all the photos in the world.
I disagree, when you talk to him after Kate runs away from him crying, if you talk to him about her, he tells you she brought it on herself and it was all her fault. I doubt he was much kinder to Kate herself.you blamed him in episode 2? that doesn't even make sense, he wasn't suspicious at that point and had nothing to do with Kate trying to jump
I think they're both about even in terms of complexity.
You know who's just a dude?
Zachary. He's the dudest dude.
Again, when it comes to blaming Jefferson in Episode 2, it is the only thing that you can 100% be sure you have proof of when you point the finger. Why? Because the game puts it in your way. You literally have to see it go down to progress.
At that point you don't have hard proof against Nathan nor do you necessarily have proof that David tried to interrogate Kate.
It may seem weak on the surface, but like at the beginning of Episode 1, it's right there in your face. It's obvious. Why would the game force you to see something like that if it weren't super important?
In terms of character development, it basically goes Max -> Chloe -> Victoria. She's got a lot going on.
What's the difference between seeing David bullying Kate yourself and seeing Jefferson act cold to her?
You have no proof in either case (well, you can have proof for the David thing), just your first hand witness account. Both are required to progress.

Warren is fucking trash, i was super sad that they didn't let me lower his score in Ms Grant's class
I'm one of those peeps story branching devs hate.
