Pffft.
We wold ahve to fault every game for any and everything that is rendered at a different res or update rate.
e.g Particles, cubemaps, physics, animations. etc etc.
So Game X would have to be described as running at 30 fps for alpha transparency effect sans distant proximity smoke stacks which are at 24fps, cube maps are all 2k, excpet for in the bathroom in level 6, the one with the green door where they are actually a full 4k. Physics are updated at 90Hz, giving easyly beatable physics but they work .Reflections run at a locked 30fps except when in the huge outdoor area at the test sight, where the rocket ships refelcts the environment at a slightly lower frame rate.
Ambient occclusion is rendered at 1080p while glossmaps are rendered at an amzing 4K on the hero.
