I had that error and after downloading and reinstalling from PSN 3 times I had to bite the bullet and delete my save to get the game to work. I backed my save up to USB just incase this gets fixed but nobody seems to be doing anything about it as it seems like only a few people have been hit with it so far.

yea i had that right after i reinstalled the original firmware, freaked out a bit but i rebooted and it worked after that luckily


ALSO, why is it so hard to pull off headshot in 3rd person view? the reticule is right on his head and i'm still missing from like 5 meters away
 
How do you make DD to stay put? I use the stay command. He stays but as soon as I'm a few meters away. He just ignore my command and come after me. Is this bug or I don't have high enough bond?

And in rain, lol just run all the time around the base during night time.
Plus, it also has anti-night vision built in for FOB.

With the Sneaking Suit, enemies can spot you from across the screen, it's not as helpful if you want to do a Sneaking mission without engaging with the enemy.

If you have the right camoflage, you can enter a base, rescue a prisoner, and leave in a couple of minutes without using a single weapon.

In one of the tapes Ocelot says that DD sometimes doesn't listen to you and does what he thinks is best in that situation.
 
I extracted 2 people with 90% success chance, one of them was a sheep for a sidequest. Both failed in a row. Do the % actually mean something else and only 100% will succeed?

Staff manger, scroll through your peeps and look for "Symptomatic" move them to Quarantine.

Apparently bumping into people when I'm holding them up, knocking them out of the hold up and setting of their reflex mode is best for a lot of situations, then.

Goddamn it DD. You're hard to love, but even harder to hate.

90 percent means 90 percent.

You had a 1/100 chance of having failed both and you did. That's all there is to it, I think.

I tried that and even deleted and installed the game, logged in to konami servers and even offline and none would work.

But there must be some way back from that error if you managed to come back from it without deleting the save so I'll just keep trying I guess

I reloaded checkpoint, and 1/2 failed with 90% success rate.

This is beyond X-com levels of "random" chance.

hmm only other thing i did was i made sure and pressed all the DLC items to make sure i had them.
 
Decided to give BB a break and sent in an A rank CU soldier to do a side-op. Feels kinda weird they kept calling me Boss even though I wasn't using Big Boss.

Had another CU soldier killed during a dispatch mission (D rank this time so no biggie) and I got the notification "Staff Morale Decreased". Really wish there was a way to get everyone in the same spot to boost morale (I take it since I have over 125+ people, who appears on the platforms are random)

Even the XP boost DLC? That's the only one that won't download for me as it says preorder next to it and if you click it an error code pops up. That one wouldn't even download at launch though and I just figured it was because metal gear online wasn't up and running yet.
 
Its still so weird how silent Big Boss is.

Just finished mission 31, a ton of shit was happening.

Just need to clear a few Side Ops and I'm done. Best week off work ever.
 
I just built an FOB, does that mean I'm now open to intrusions? Or do I have to enable that somewhere? I don't want to do them just yet.
