The guy has a build that is more typical of a white guy than an asian guy, which I honestly can see what he is trying to say because he has broader shoulders and is generally more thick. There are thick asians (*cough*Don'tgoogleitatwork*cough*), but generally on average, asians have a more slim build, though you can of course find them of varying body types.

OK, I guess I see that. What I'm actually trying to figure out the most is - what is the punchline supposed to be. Like, why is that line, and the guy's response, "Yeah that makes sense, I kind of agree with you" supposed to be funny? Is it ironic somehow? He's supposed to own up to his white "build" or something?
I'm also not sure what that has to do with liking anime, since the judge talks about the guy's "build" in the same sentence.

He's just agreeing with them. Theres nothing more to it. You're over thinking it.
The guy is sort of portly and pudgy, which is a build that a lot of the white otaku type have. So if he were to really like anime, he'd be thrown in with those stereotypes, thus making him look more white.

He means 1/32 is such a small genetic percentage it's not even visually noticeable in most cases for example. I'm 1/4 Native American and it's noticeable in my Hair and Facial Structure ,etc but my brother's children are 1/8 Native American haven't gotten nearly any recognizable Native American features so it would be harder for them to claim being Native American (Though not impossible as this video kinda deals with) and with 1/32 being 2 generations after that it's typically not seen as enough to claim being mixed race (Though one drop rule with African American Ancestry did use it) as really everybody is probably 1/32 a lot of things and it's generally a lot harder to prove because of poor ancestry database.

If it only gives me 1 option I generally choose white or mix-raced preferable if they give that option. On doctor sheets It's important to list both races/ethnicity just because it gives them a heads up on genetic disorders for example I have a bone deformity which luckily is mostly cosmetic but if they didn't know I was part Native American they almost confused it for a more serious condition which would have put me in the hospital for like 6 months.
