Has there been anything released about the plot?
Bad guy is a Patriot...
Has there been anything released about the plot?
I thought he looked familiar.
Now the question is..
Did he join the Empire or did the apocalypse footage planted in his brain by the Sith spooked him so much that he decided to join the Rebels.
No idea. It explains why Finn is shocked by his appearance. I have only watched the trailers twice so far. Everything is starting to connect.
Kylo Ren is not a Sith and as far as I am aware there are no Sith in the film.
I believe that was even stated directly.
still best blockbuster of the year when dec. 31st hits brehs....
so blessed in 2015
No Sith? Are they building towards that again seeing as there are going to be more SW movies?
I can not imagine the Star Wars universe without the Sith.
Who loves the poetry of Han starting out as a cynical disbeliever in ANH telling Luke that there isn't some all-powerful force that controls everything and here he is educating Rey on the existence of the force. Awesome !
I'm a pretty big SW fan and I'm not sure if all ''fallen/Dark Side Jedi'' are stricktly speaking Sith. Don't they have their own code and shit?

Here's the plot then:
No need to pay for the movie ticket now.
It's a JJ Abrams joint, so worst case scenario, it will be another blue and orange infused, super slick, rather unfocused and woefully forgetable product with no soul at all, yet somewhat enjoyable.
Read: Nu Star Trek with 99% less pointy ears.
- the Sith lightsabre looks heavy, there seems to be weight to it when he swings it. Hopefully that means the fights will be slower and closer to the OT's style than the prequel's overly choreographed shit.
Hooded figure with the metal hand touching R2D2 in the trailer. Who said there isn't any Luke Skywalker?
I'm on board the hype train.
Wait a minute.
Is this guy

Also this guy?

My one and only concern which is really not a big deal at all. I have no Stars in the background of my Wars. I need space battles!!! Could be there but I see a lot of land in those dogfights.
You will be disappointed. They used very heavy sabers on set like the OT, so more broad sword like movements again.Hell no. I want it to something like The Old Republic cinematic.
Hype x 1000000You will be disappointed. They used very heavy sabers on set like the OT, so more broad sword like movements again.
Was this all deciphered by a few trailers?
I'm just wondering though, cause Luke got a pretty realistic looking replacement... Why would he go to a metal hand?
Got goosebumps all over my skin.
That music, GOD DAMN!!!

Has the frame paused atbeen discussed?1:45
That's a pretty fucking huge spoiler they dropped in that trailer.
When you add everything up, and I do mean everything in the history of Star Wars mythos and film production, and look at what's going on with the Ep. VIII shoot...it's kind of obvious...but still.
Damn.
Edit: Well Dennis just did that.
stumbled on some star wars forum thing and spoiled my ass off. welp Hopefully they're wrong
Welp...JJ nostalgia wanking strikes again.
I think a lot of that speculation is wrong.
For one, I think it's far more likely that Han dies than any of the other OT characters.
I don't like what it hints at. Not at all. I'll be bawling like a baby if that happens.Has the frame paused atbeen discussed?1:45

This is totally fucked. Why on earth would anyone think it was a good idea to include that in the trailer?
