Someone dies in a Star Wars film. Not much of a surprise is it? It's not like they show who it is.
Uhmm

I'm just wondering though, cause Luke got a pretty realistic looking replacement... Why would he go to a metal hand?
Uhmm
Oh, come on. They have the fighting choreography team from The Raid movies.
I am sure it will be fine.
He wore a glove over it in ROTJ, I always thought it was just metal under the glove.

I know people were suggesting Chewie earlier but if you look carefully the background looks like the snowy woodland area and the person Rey is crying over is Finn (brown leather jacket). Most likely the aftermath of his lightsaber fight with Ren, which suggests that he picked it up (or had it already for some reason) and used it to defend himself and Rey - rather than because he is a potential Jedi / Force sensitive person (though I guess he could be) - and the follow-up after this shot is that Rey picks up the lightsaber and takes Ren on (mostly likely to also lose but at least save Finn) until something else happens to allow them to escape.
You will be disappointed. They used very heavy sabers on set like the OT, so more broad sword like movements again.
Hype x 1000000
You missed the part where he put the glove over it in ROTJ after it got shot.![]()
So certain are you?

That's Finn.
They absolutely need to KILL that script. The dialogue and character interaction has to be on-point for any of the big set piece action scenes to pay off.
I really don't want another Star Trek here.
Don't fuck this up Abrams. Restrain yourself.
No. That is what he looks like.So are there spoilers suggesting that he might have some kind of altered face in the final movie? Because I don't think I can take that whiny looking kid seriously as the villain, lol.

Unlikely becauseHan and Leia hugging scene is obviously after the events at the destroyed temple, as Han is actually at the site of the temple attack when the X-Wings arrive - so he's alive after that. HOWEVER, Chewie is not present at any scene following their arrival at the Forest Planet. Finally, the bandolier on the body Rey is weeping over is unmissable.
The plot I posted is true.
That's Finn.

Here's the plot then:
No need to pay for the movie ticket now.
So just to be clear.I hope so.
I enjoyed the acrobatic fast paced fights from the prequels more than the OT ones. Only one I like from OT is the ROTJ end fight.
It's Chewie holding someone, IMO.
But where is Bossk?

Well, not.Rey is wet, and also dressed in things that are absolutely NOT appropriate for the Snow Planet, this scene takes place after the Temple Fight on the Forest Planet, probably inside the ruins, and the lighting is due to sun coming in through a door, or opening. This is where Rey pulled the wounded Chewbacca during the fighting, this is how he dies. Look at the lower right. The bandolier and the fur is unmistakable.
Yeah, people who took it upon themselves to spoil the movie for themselves ruining the thread for everyone else. Just go to the spoiler thread, people.

It's Finns jacket.
The market area is his shoulder.

That makes more sense that it's Finn. She obviously meets Finn on Jakku early on and would bond over the course of the film. I don't think she'd be as emotional over Chewie or have the chance to connect at that level with him. And he faces Ren. That can't end well.

He kinda looks like Vader though...kinda...

And on the right is Chewies shoulder. He's holding someone. Is it Finn? Maybe.
It's obviously his clone Daarth Vadeer.
