Stripper posts insane story on Twitter with more twists than a Shonda Rhimes script

While the whole thing is crazy and fairly believable, the only part that stuck out to me as bullshit was Z not knowing a pretty white girl like that being worth a lot more than $100 per fuck.

Yeah, that got me thinking as well. Maybe where they lived money went further - or he took a prescreening cut. If he was hustling out of San Francisco it would have been 800 a fuck lol.

He doesn't understand the market. He figured more people could afford $100. Except the ceiling is so much higher, it's akin to buying a car for like $500. What you're paying for probably isn't that good. Now, she gets a page and a high price - that's a high quality experience you're after, and people pay more for experiences than tangible things.

I'm not a native English speaker and I had some trouble reading and understanding some of those tweets.

Geez, I hope that doesn't make me a racist.
Do you actually not understand how someone totally fluent in english making comments about not being able to read this due to her use of language is classist or even racist? or are you just being pedantic

I have a feeling that it is true or at least parts of it and this is her way of distancing herself from it since she could be charged with some crimes on the back of this story.
If u stuck wit that whole story you are hilarious lol.
seems like a lot of effort to go through to make up the story. i think it might be real, but the last tweet pretty much says she trolled everyone.

Just not understanding is one thing. The ugly thing is coming in here and being pompous / superior about it.

The weird tone is people acting like they're proud they can't understand it or sneering at it like.

This story is one of the rare occurences where it doesn't matter if it's real or not.

It could be 100% fake and equally amazing.

I have a feeling it's perfectly readable to them and they're just kinda prejudice or even racist.

Let's call a spade a spade.

thats not true AT ALL

I'M TALKING ABOUT THE GARDENING TOOL.

Let's not mince words.

That part is in the story dude. That exact sentence.

I'm surprised you could read it tbh

yes, and other words could be chosen so that it is more widely understood.

Oh, this I can get. I just glanced at some posts of calling posters "racist" or "dumb" for not understanding and thought that was uncalled for. Being proud though, that's pretty shitty. :/

Like, I clearly wasn't talking about non-native english speakers so why even get so defensive unless... Hmm...

Maybe they didn't get that part cause they're non-native speaking *Shrug*
Maybe. I caught your post about being "less dumb" and didn't really get why you'd go against someone like that.

Anyway, thanks Brakke. That put things into perspective.

exactly, things like asking if she has a speech impediment for example...

Sorry for being a shithead, it's just been happening all thread with people coming in proudly proclaiming "this isn't english, how can anyone read this!?" as if their inability to understand a perfectly understandable english story should be lauded.

This is the one I found. Can someone confirm?

EDIT: Some people are saying it isn't. I pulled it from twiiter, so idk.

Lol, they're total fucking C.H.U.D.s

you are too kind, thanks

does lowkey mean in her mind?

It's hard to directly translate slang. It's context sensitive.

The best I can say for "lowkey" is take the word "obviously", and add a modifier slightly distancing yourself from the statement.

"Lowkey, those bitches are salty" could be read as "I'm not saying those girls are upset, but those girls are really upset."

No, she was posting stream of consciousness on twitter and didn't expect anyone to be following the complete story because she was talking to nobody in particular, and yet an unknown number of people were on the edge of their seats, waiting for each part.

What? No, it's low key. It means subtle, the antithesis of obvious.

It's okay. <3
It's not the first time my basic knowledge of English has gotten me in trouble after all. :P

I think marrec was unfair to you, but just look at the first few pages and some posts have a certain...flair to them:
I read the whole thing, this chick needs to hire a educated writer and write a book.

Im more suprised she used a big word like Verbatim in a tweet.

Does she have a speech impediment or is this really how people talk/write?

Edit: Ha, the first one has a typo.

You have the internet at your fingertips. Just look it up.

this right here is exactly what sells you out. you can easily look up something you might not understand on urban dictionary. but then you some how feel the need to post that "it was hard to read" or "i need this translated, i didn't understand". don't be surprised when people look at you suspiciously for that.

As far as readability, this story was one of the easiest things I've ever followed on twitter because it was just one person. Try understanding wtf was going on with Gamer Gate, the Drake/Meek Mill beef, or the DeAndre Jordan signing, without reading an off-twitter synopsis -that's impossible.

I'M TALKING ABOUT THE GARDENING TOOL.

Let's not mince words.

I shoulda added j/k to my post. I'll do that now.

Considering there is a debate on this very page on what lowkey means, I'm not sure I'd describe it as basic. I can read it; I don't understand it all.

It isn't hard to look up lowkey on the urban dictionary. Instead, just come cry about it on neogaf. It would have taken fewer key strokes to look it up than to type they couldn't understand what the idiom meant

Whenever I'm ready to give up on the story, Jarrett starts punching himself in the face and I'm pulled back in.

For some reason Z looks like that British dude that played "Tank" in Rocknrolla and Jarrett looks like Peter Sarsgaard in my head. For some reason I envisioned Zola as Tia Tequila. Not sure why.

Good read and probably true.
