Yeah, I definitely do not have engagement distances down for weapons yet, my evasion game is not yet up to par either.

For now I'm just hanging out in Warzone till I get a feel back for it. Side note: I really like Warzone. It is like what I've always wanted BTB to be (though I still like BTB and will be happy once it shows up).

Buying silver, you get 8 permanents for every 6 you get from buying gold, but they're lower rarity. Look at the stuff available at each tier and decide for yourself what you want to pursue.

Needs a bit of recoil, and utilization of pulse fire/trigger featherin' to reduce it, and increase accuracy; then it'd be perfect.

Just finished the campaign. On first blush it was decent from a design point of view but horrendous from a narrative point of view. It feels like someone ripped three random chapters from bad Halo fanfic and made a game out of it. Just terrible stuff. Overall it's by far the worst of the Halo campaigns. By a good mile and half.

Agreed 110% Its horrible in every sense of the word.

Yeah, that one looks pretty good. Used it for a bit, I think I unlocked it on my first day.

Well I'm on the last level. This has easily become my favorite Halo campaign next to CE. CE will always hold the top spot because I was so young and the sense of wonder when landing on Halo and playing through that left such a huge impact on me. But, this. Bravo 343. Halo is in great hands. About the finish this. Regardless of how this ends, I loved this game. Thank you 343.

It gets outclassed at every range that isn't super close (or close w/ the element of surprise) by the pistol, though. Land those headshots.

The way I always see automatics is that at anything but very close quarters a good precision weapon user should always win. AR and SMG have their place though.

Yeah I'm just getting extremely unlucky today. Getting double teamed constantly, guys coming around corners spraying ARs, quitting team mates. Its making me hate the game. Plus my two main friends I play Halo with moved over to Cali for 2 months so I can't even matchmake with them because of latency issues.

You need to be a high enough req level. Like, I've got a Recon AR that requires REQ level 8. Your level builds steadily throughout the match.

I love the multiplayer. Only problem I have with it is the maps. Not a fan of most of the arena ones. Also I always play plaza or orion. I still have yet to play the Rig or empire.

All my matches today were against US people... I played with 3 other guys from germany.

It feels like im the only European that bought the game.

Really not going to bother with MP any further anymore if they dont fix it or add Data Center selection.

For all my negativity and ignorance in the run up to Halo 5, this is the best Halo campaign ever. The Halo universe getting the treatment it deserves with the story's quality of presentation and depth. It brings back the sense of mystery from CE with some good in-game dialogue, and because there is actually a mystery and new worlds to explore.

I changed the control settings from default to "Halo" and zoom is as it always was. Thrusters should stay forever.


A 10 for the proper Halo campaign alone.

I also love the look of the game, even though I said I hated it before I played it. Shame on me.

I agree. Spartan Abilities seem organic, fluid and part of your Spartan. AA seemed clunky and tacked on.
