Yes there is one early in the game. And you really can't miss it. Don't know wich one it was though.

Thanks, but when I connect to the VPN i can't login to Steam, it says my account name or password is wrong. When I disable the VPN I can log in. What gives? I live in Norway btw.

Maybe the Steam port is blocked by that VPN, so you can't connect properly? Did you try a different VPN?

With FlyVPN you will want to connect just at moment or right after of release because of that 20 minute limit, it starts moment you log in to the service.
