Should be pretty self explanatory. Just stats on the your settlement. from how many people you have, what they need. If their happiness is in the rise and what not.
Already answered.
Kinda cant get over all of the negative reviews on metacritic and steam.
It would be one thing if it was well articulated criticism, but it's mostly everyone making the same fucking tired jokes like "Bethesda. Bethesda never changes". Yea.. why would you think you were the first one to say that. Why would you say that. Or making some joke about Tom Howard, or insulting people who like the game. And people saying the game isn't even an RPG anymore are absurd. Whatever, glad I'm able to enjoy it.

So how the hell do you set up lights in your settlements? Created a generator, tried connecting it to a lamp, but no result.
Ah, didnt see that! thanks!
So the green bar on the far right is just a kind of bar to show all of it together?

I would think so. But i have not tried.
Well deserved.Fallout 4 is the current number 1 game on steam
Are there tattoos in this game and if so, where can you get them?
can anyone tell me where to get the power armor in concord?
I prased that wrong. To any settlement masters is there a way to build a doorway in a house without using the defealt "outside doorway openings with roofs attached to them"?
Weapon and armor mods make a huge difference. I focused on getting those perks quickly.
Weird.. i would not think you are doing something wrong. What about your armor? you have some good armor equipped? do you have a good % of accuracy? what perks do you use?
Well deserved.
Can anyone help me: I have a bunch of weapon mods in my inventory, is it possible to attach them to my weapons without paying for them again?
I should have done that!
My armor is composed basically of BOS, DC Guards and Metal pieces, I'm pretty sure is nothing special but not that bad either. My accuracy is alright, not so good but decent enough sicne I'm quite used to play fps games.
I believe I just totally wasted my perks build though. When I started playing my intention was "I'll just make some tests, than I restart the game and do a proper build: by now, I'll let every SPECIAL with 4 points". After that I never restarted the game though, and after every level up I chose totally arbitrarily my perks:
SPECIAL started with 4 in each.
Charisma is now at 6
Intelligence is now at 6
Toughness = 2
Iron fist, pickpocker, fortune finder, gun nut, scrapper = 1 (don't ask me why I did that, cause I honestly don't know, I just chose them cause I "wanted to try" I guess lol)
Local Leader = 2
I should have focused on better stats first, and tried those different perks much later in the game.
The size? i guess its the size of the settlement and how full it is.
No, that's a meter showing how much more you can build. There are limits to how many items you can place in each settlement. When that meter is full, you can't build any more.
It's a pretty common meter and appears in other games that let you build like LittleBigPlanet or Project Spark.

yup if you have the mod loose in your inventory the option to Attach will be there instead of Build.

I guess i am no master of the settlement. But you can clearly build walls and walls with doors to build rooms. As seen on the video. Maybe that will help.
I didn't mean that as a slight. Just didn't think people would read my reply to you without an eye grabber. My ocd needs everyone to have a room, even if the game won't let me assign them out. It's really been bugging me.
In any case, what he did in the video was what I didn't want to do. You should just be able to snap a door into the wall.
Got stuck at a terminal. I could only move my head and couldn't save so now I lost an hour worth of stuff.
That would be nice. You are talking like Sims level of edits. Where you can create a door in any wall without selecting a door preset. I don't think thats available. =\
Only preset walls.
Don't forget that you can build on top of the building! I made a sweet staircase up and now I have a huge complex up there.
I'm actually pretty impressed with the pathfinding for the NPCs, at least compared to Skyrim.
Tenpenny towers is expanding, now in a fantastic location. Scenic view of the greater Boston area from your private penthouse apartment!
