Ok, can someone provide me with some insight into the camp building system?

Maybe I haven't progressed far enough - but why am I building stuff at these places? I haven't seen them get attacked yet. And even if they do, what's the incentive to keep these poor bastards alive?

Build a big enough settlement and unlock the leader perk. You then can earn cash by opening shops.

How much good is +10 of Health or Resistance?
Is that valeu equivalent of a percentage value? (10% more health/resistance)

50 hours into the game and I have roughly 89 resistance with the best armor I have available fully upgraded. So a flat 10 is actually pretty good. 20 Health is also decent (depending how much END you have), but you spec into that for the Life Reg first and foremost imo.

I'm kind of curious too, but since the first settlers are essential, I'm like, "I hope some super mutants come fuck you guys up. Here's a single light bulb. I'm out."
Recruit people / camp becomes popular (prone to attacks)

That's about as much I can say without spoilers.

EDIT: Just scrap everything (including structures) in your camp if you're lacking building materials.

Found a ghouls house which is over radiation. You get 28 rads per second, is there anything important in there? Or a important quest?

Fine with me. McGrizzle ain't building shit, though. Maybe my next playthrough.

So when a legendary enemy mutates, is health recovery the only thing that happens? They'll sometimes begin to emit a sort of glowing aura but I don't think I've noticed anything I can put my finger on aside from the health (though then again, I'm usually panicking).

Do radio towers actually do anything? I have found 3 and all give a new radio frequency when within their direct vicinity, but I have yet to hear anything. Are they supposed to give new quests?

Life Reg, you meab Ghoulish? (Life regenaration through radiation)

K i figured out how to power homes / settlement areas.

I've got a bobblehead stand and a magazine stand, if i put them away in my settlement do i get to keep the bonuses?

i sent dogmeat away because i got tired of spending stimpacks on him but now i want him back and i dont know where i sent him too. any easy way to find out? it was pretty early in the game, so there could only be a few places he could be.

Why would you stimpack your companion? They're immortal :p

it's most likely a small alien ship that crash lands, I had a quicksave before codsworth said something liket that. Was able to see something fly across thes sky, not too long after I found it while wandering so I assume that's what it was.

ok i checked online and it is indeed a fixed location from the looks of it since I found it exactly where other people found it, just looks like it triggers at random though since i didn't do squat related to vault 75.

You don't need to use stimpacks. Just wait a bit and he will get up.

I sent Dogmeat back to Sanctuary, but I can't find him.

Surely VATS isn't the best way to search for companions that have been sent back to large camps, is it?

dogmeat hides in dog houses

for the rest of the companions build a bell under resources -> misc. it costs practically nothing and will gather everyone in one spot (they still walk slow as shit though)
