I feel this has been answered but since the DLC is integrated in the Western release what about the option to use the stats of one set equipment while wearing something different.
I know you unlock it after you finish the main story but the DLC in Japan unlocked it early.

my friends are all playing fallout 4 and going on about everything except what i can't wait for in this game, what i play an RPG for - the battles, your cast working together, the cheesy/awesome storyline defining your quest... then all the brilliant RPG elements outside that which make the game a brilliant RPG after a brilliant story and game. can't wait to get into the music, which is so different from Chronicles but i'm sure will suit this game perfectly.
Really?? Geez...We all should do this experiment of showing the Battle trailer to friends or people who dislike Nintendo and have no idea of this game's existence so they can get hyped for it and then tell them this is a Wii U exclusive to see what they said after that...

Most of my friends are more xbox or ps fans. Or really, they only play once in a while so I wouldn't call them straight up fans either. They do know about the Wii U and some games on them though.

Gah, why is Amazon sending out the SE on the 8th? Anyone else like that? I have Prime, and preordered the day it was announced months ago.
So this looks awesome but I'm concerned about something. I picked up Xenoblade Chronicles on the 3ds but I just couldn't get into it, one reason being that the combat system did nothing for me. It's difficult to put my finger why, but it just felt a little clunky and imprecise. From what I've seen this battle system looks to be a modification of Chronicles (I admittingly haven't seen or read that much on it), can anyone with insight clarify if that's the case or does it feel better than the last game?

The first set of lyrics in Black Tar are still the only ones I can't get over how terrible they are. Not gonna "embrace the cheesyness" since I think that it is just plain bad, not cheesy.
It is amusing that Sterling is riding that so hard in that tweet though. Yup, there are people out there that are directly blaming him for causing the changes in this game, it's not just a way to discredit all criticism.

I believe the Galactic Knight route is where that'd be (since it's a photon saber). Not sure what Art specifically.

Also available on CDJapan if you prefer that. I want to refer to it as XenobladeX Secret Art Files (after the previous one). I will say: Tanaka's art is definitely better in 2D. The in-game models throw me off because I'm trying to see the 2D art that they'd be based on.
