This is no different than it was in year one. You could put on all common/uncommon gear and be back at level 20. Then you'd start seeing a lot more greens.

My Titan is 14 hours old and has a 318 mark (infusion though). Been playing as a Defender this whole time and she's 317 light without Weapons of Light.

I won't quit this racing thing till I get 3 320 class items (2 to infuse on to my alts' class items) and at least 2 more 320 helmets to infuse on to my alts' helmets.

The killing blow has to be a shotgun shot, but it doesn't have to be you. It can be anyone in the fireteam.

I recommend shadow shot debuff with 4th horseman/Invective.
