Thanks for the advice! Will buy Art of War then and think about the rest...If you only have the standard game, the consensus is that Art of War is great for expanding the war stuff and a must-buy. The other DLCs tend to be more optional - a few have nifty features (Conquest of Paradise allows for, for example, a Random New World (they just reworked how that is done in 1.14) and supporting independence of people), etc. I'm not familiar with whether or not The Cossacks is being looked at as a good expansion though, but certainly if you only have the base game, get Art of War then look at the others bit by bit and see which strike your fancy. This video is outdated (doesn't have the 2 most recent expansions) but the advice still stands.

Have you checked out hell Divers? Great co op game.Lara Croft: Temple of Osiris worth it for 5 bucks? I NEED to play a new co-op game, but not many great co-op games have come out this year. Loved the first one.
Thanks for the advice. Think I'll skip it. She still plays Colors all the time and I got her Lego Jurassic World in the sale earlier. If its not as good I'll hold off for a while and see if there's a bigger discount somewhere in the future
I strongly recommend it if you're looking for a good Zelda-like game. It's pretty short (about 8 hours or so, more if you're after those 100% achievements) but looks beautiful, plays great, and oozes charm. It's another game that's in the running for my top 5 of the year.
Definitely thinking about getting The Long Dank, especially reading how the developers are adding a story campaign to the game. At least I'm in no rush to purchase it.

It's a decent Zelda-like. Don't go in expecting an actual Zelda game and you'll probably enjoy it. Just avoid the fishing segments, they start to get very frustrating towards the end.
What about the expansion packs for EU4? I currently only have the standard game, are any/all of them worthwhile? Because while on sale, there's still a lot of them...

Not as good as Guardian of Light but absolutely worth it for $5.
I really enjoyed the first, played it co-op with a mate.
So, this was an easy buy for me.
Don't make that same mistake, the game is terrible, buggy, runs like shit. Tried playing with two other people, multiple times, and we had sync issues or crashes before the first level was finished.
Don't buy it.
Well when I say it's not as good as Colors it's just because Colors was all new while Generations is more of an Anniversary title, and it has less emphasis on the whisps but I wouldn't put it that far below Colors.
also there is a demo on Steam if you want to have her give it a try and ask her what she thought of it..
Final Fantasy IV is the best Final Fantasy and I think it's a good port of the DS version? which is the best versionAre any of these Final Fantasy ports worth picking up?
so, probably that one
Nah there's a ton of stuff on the workshop to make up for it
Hey gang, I made a Greasemonkey/Tampermonkey script that will automatically click through your queue to get your cards faster. You can get it at https://github.com/FiveElementNinja/Steam-Auto-Queue
Send me a PM if you run into any issues, This is my first time releasing something like this to the public, so there will probably be some bugs. Forgive me.
well it did just come out of early access
game is worth the price for now
How accessible is Pillars of Eternity for someone who doesn't have much experience with isometric CRPGs?
Even though there are no dailies, it feels weird to be buying things, and I keep thinking in the back of my head to check the store for new discounts
Why are we still here? Just to suffer? Every night, I can feel the dailies... and the flash sales... even my meta games.
The deals I've lost... the excitement I've lost... won't stop hurting... It's like they're all still there.
You feel it, too, don't you?
Didn't thought much of it since it was a mobile game at first but you're raising my interest

Whoever does not get Shadowrun Dragonfall at the least is a bad person.
Lol, just noticed the Humble Square Enix Bundle. What a middle finger to the buyers of their mistery Bundle lol
Undertale, Axiom Verge, Shovel Knight, Duck Game, Blade Symphony and Oh...Sir!
Merry christmas to me o/
what I really need is somehow to save me a week of clicking gemify - waiting for a long time - FF crashing periodically - again loading inventory - clicking gemify, etc. repeat ad nauseam. And even a week might be optimistic.

That's a small problem, but thanks

Has anyone played KOTOR 1/2 on Windows 10 recently? I really want to replay the games and have them on Steam, but so many of the recent reviews say it's hard to get them running properly. Maybe they're better GOG purchases?

I also enjoyed the first one. A lot. I did have a lot of trouble playing through the first one though, since me and my buddy had that bug where we kept disconnecting after playing through a couple of levels. Took like half a year to finish the game that way, since there wasn't an option to connect through LAN, only online and there wasn't really much support from the devs. Still one of my favourite co-op games ever though. Give it a try for 5 bucks or are there any other similar games like these on Steam?
I've tried FORCED since it looked kinda similar at first: puzzles, isometric view, co-op, but it wasn't really good...
I'm curious but legit don't know if you need to play Dead Man's Switch first.
either for story reasons or whatever
