Hey, we can play the "search Ubisoft, see nothing changed, sigh, close steam" game every day!

I can't say I agree. The bosses in AAC have a lot of patterns you need to learn, so they need to take some time by definition. But that's a standard gameplay element of the genre.I'm having a pretty unlucky sale... Keep buying games that look awesome to me and then end up annoying. Latest one, Assault Android Cactus. Why are the boss fights 8 hour long bullet sponge fests? SO BORING
that looks awesome actuallyCarpe Fulgur and Playsm actually released two CAVYHOUSE games on steam this year, I've played both, so here are my thoughts
I must say in advance that I really really like CAVYHOUSE style, it's a big part why I like those games so much, so it can be different for you, now when that's done, onto games
if you want very hard, very strange game, which is very slow, where you think a lot and plan a lot and try things a lot and advance slowly, this game is for you.
Now if you want just chill and and grow some organs, while playing very strange and relaxing game, this is a game for you
I also strongly second notion that buying anything PLAYISM published is good idea, it haven't failed me even once, here are those good games:

Bots only, no campaign.
Can I not make a badge out of the Mystery cards until I have all cards needed to make the badge?
Ya I want to know this too

Ya but I can't see badge progress. Only option is to make gems or sell not see badge progress.Isn't that how it normally works?
What's the difference between Trails in the Sky and Trails in the Sky SC?
Anyone able to play TESO with a controller? Going to buy either way just hoping I dont have to download external hardware for controller support.

much better than tits
Is transistor good?
They released an update a few months ago that adds controller support to the PC version which can be enabled in the options. Enabling controller support changes the entire game's UI to match that of the console release. Some people find it more limiting, but I think it's great.
People might be GASP! playing games they bought instead of buying things on impulse and complaining other games don't go on daily sales anymore. Is everyone busy clicking through their discovery queue? Feels like this thread got a lot slower![]()
I think it's a great game! I enjoyed its combat and skillset. Is transistor good?
All the Ys games and Trails in the Sky FC and SCNot sure what I want yet
Not sure what I want yet
I'm going to plug Grim Dawn for those who enjoy ARPG hack-and-slash games like Diablo. It's currently 40% off, bringing it to $14.99. Several of its developers are the same people who worked on Titan Quest if anyone is familiar with that also great ARPG (which is $4 for the game and its expansion - pick this up too!). It's still in early access but the devs are aiming to be content complete in the next build release (which should be 1-3 months). Despite that I've already invested hundreds of hours into it and could invest hundreds more.

Looking for a good co-op game to play online with a good friend of mine. Trying to put together a shortlist here:
- 7 days to die
- dying light
Does dying light offer full story mode co-op? All signs point to yes but having a verbal confirmation of that would be nice.
Any other suggestions? We've enjoyed lots of co-op games in the past - dead island, warhammers, resident evils, van helsings, Titans quest and other diablo clones, iron brigade, castle crashers, dungeon defenders, etc.
Pretty much any genre is free game. Story mode co-op preferred.
There will definitely be some growing pains, and I'm extremely surprised Valve didn't push a meta game to increase consumer engagement over the course of the sale.
All story save for the tutorial and final level in Dying Light are co-op.
I'm going to quote myself with a correction. This game is actually 'Content Complete' as of today. Apparently I was mistaken, the latest build wasn't in 1-3 months, it was right now.

I was wrong. We only got 1 stinking page of detective gingerbread man =/
Pretty exciting...I just played through Diablo 3, and itching for another ARPG. Might consider it later in the sale if someone is willing to co-op with me.
Pick ups so far:
Ryse: Son of Rome
Shovel Knight
D4
The Long Dark
Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen
But what kind of argument is that? "They take a long time so they have to take a long time." Put in less patterns then? Besides, I played two bosses and they repeat themselves a lot. For example, Vespula (the second boss) alternates between shooting patterns and bringing in "the swarm", which is just a ton of enemies specifically designed to make the fight take longer.I can't say I agree.
