Even Wii bowling didn't require you to make huge sweeping motions to play. People just did that because it felt natural. You could totally just sit down in a chair and flick your wrist.

Yeah, was going to say I'm happy to hear him in the background so early.
Also I'm happy about them going back to having the audience behind the couch so you can see them during runs. Still there are some other things I've been hearing/reading about behind why a few of the runners I really like aren't there that I'm not so happy about.
I played the crap out of Wii Sports.
Nothing in it required big motions, simple flicks were enough. Bowling I did a full motion, but only because it was enjoyable to. Only times I got tired from it were when I did boxing with a 10 year old kid and opted to get into it more than needed, and from one or two really extended tennis sessions that involved copious amounts of alcohol.
I think Boom Blox did make me sore, but again, alcohol was involved and the straps were definitely needed with how we were playing.
I never have that problem. If anything happens that causes me to move my hands in a way that interferes with my control it's usually something that would impair me regardless of control method. I find it much easier to make twitch movement and keep steady movement with my whole hands than with my fingers. I have a much easier time aiming and keeping a my aim on a moving target while I'm also moving with motion controls compared to dual analog.

gamesdonequick usually upload runs over the days after the event, they spread them out a little bit.
already missed the intro and the first run, thought it was starting later for some reason.
even if the difficulty is lower and the optional bosses aren't even remotely as hard I hope the KH run will be as interesting as the BBS and KH2 runs they did before, which they showed some insight and depth that you wouldn't expect from these games.
