Tatsu was one of a few even. and not the last.
His was worse because it went misdiagnosed and he was back in the ring way too soon after,
It is a very awkward thing to fully trust and raise your head instead of instinctively tucking it like you normally would.
I can't blame any of the ones that took it wrong.

You know, if something I watched I didn't like 99% of the time, I'd stop watching it. And if I did stop watching it, I'd then talk about the things I was watching or doing instead of continuing to complain about the product I was no longer watching.

I do that as well... but not in wrestling threads. Unless it's about awesome wrestling... I've watched the WK10 Nakamura vs. Styles match. Have you?

I can do that as well. And I will provide positive feedback when it's warranted... as I did a few hours ago when I complimented the WWE's handling of this acquisition via social media. They've done an exemplary job.

I was on the 90/10 boat in the late 2000s. Now I'm in the 99/1 camp when it comes to the main brand. That said, NXT is still pretty darn great. Happy to see Sami Zayn healthy again.

You know, i don't want to see or hear anyone from wwe management advise aj and nakamura and others, aj and co shouold be advising them, not the other way around. Same thing for kana/asuka,you don't teach her she teaches you! This is my biggest fear of wwe, arrogance and not knowing who they have.

Do you also read recaps of TV shows you stopped watching three years ago and complain about the decisions of the writers and producers of those shows? Even if you like another show on that network.

Gallows and Anderson will probably show up as goons for a new Balor faction in nxt.


I will be shocked if Styles isn't in the rumble if the paperwork is signed by then.


Who knows what happens with Nakamura. Maybe a quick run in nxt until post mania just so wwe are sure he won't end up like the original sin cara. A international superstar with years of experience but never took to the wwe style and just hurt himself over and over. I don't think he will have that issue but better safe then sin cara

[NJPW Update] Tokyo Sports is reporting that Shinsuke Nakamura is indeed leaving NJPW for WWE following an interview conducted with him. They also made it known that his contract with New Japan is officially up at the end of January.

Nakamura stated that he is goal to challenge the "world's largest wrestling promotion, WWE." Following his defense against AJ Styles on 1/4 at the Tokyo Dome, Nakamura stated that his next challenge was for the "world", and that lead to the following day when these rumors of New Japan talent leaving the promotion began to spread across many outlets.

Now the question remains on if and when Nakamura will defend the IWGP IC belt before he leaves? Following the Dome Show with the "NEW YEAR DASH!!" show on 1/5, Kenny Omega beat Nakamura and then asserted himself to no longer be a junior wrestler in New Japan. He called out Nakamura for a title match following the win, but at this time nothing has been made official on when, or even if, a defense will happen. Nakamura does pride himself on defending the IC belt though.

New Japan has not announced any events cards/matches for the next tour that follows the upcoming NJPW/CMLL "FANTASTICA MANIA" shows, "Road to the NEW BEGINNING", but expect an update here on PS when they are released.

holy shit this guy looks amazing. that hair and shades is the perfect early 90s WWF throwback without feeling "off"

would be a damn shame if he got signed by WWE and buried by some wasteman like Reigns.

He's going to get his chance now to become a main eventer in New Japan now that AJ and Nakamura are leaving spots to fill.

Once he reaches that point, he'll probably come to WWE around this time next year :p

What a waste. Styles may end up higher mid card, rest will have a heavy push and then live out their days as jobbers. Nakamura especially is tragic, that guy is awesome.

Kenny O was already in WWE developmental years ago but bailed because he didn't like it.

He seems to be really happy in Japan, though it depends how much money is to be thrown at him.

He would have to work on his promos, I don't think "JRPG villain" would play well in the WWE, his promos are hammy as fuck. Not a knock against him, I love the dude. Just different audiences and all.

Styles should NOT be in the rumble but if he does then he MUST win. Yes, he should join the event but he need a dedicated slot to turn the entire industry onto him as the next big thing. He MUST win matches and storyline perfomance in the ring must be reduced like how it is in nxt, njpw and other companies. Let AJ be AJ and Nakamura be Nakamura, anything else be damned and only the very best should be considered for them.

It's a new era!

It's not the era wrestlers job to Cena and then become nothing like over half the roster has but now it's time for them to job to Roman and then become nothing like over half the roster has!

Shinsuke is leaving NJPW on January 31st, confirmed by NJPW and just vacating the title, so don't expect a Rumble show up unless they worked out a deal.

Considering that they have several shows, like Fantastica Mania, this month, I don't think it's unthinkable that they did work out a deal.
