I'll take you both on!
2 billions is really an achievement. It'll be interesting to see how the sequels will be able to reach those numbers too.
The rag dolly and clear CG dying randoms during each wide shot in every chase scene and the tornado/sand storm puts Fury Road a clear step below TFA IMO.
I am on vacation for the next week, so it will be several days before I get to make some choices. Oh, how many bad pics did I find?Fuck, now I gotta wear Whedon. I was already depressed.
EDIT: And I kinda know which avatar it will be

I feel like 900 mil domestic is no longer a certainty.
Yes I did, and it was awesome and fun if it a bit over the top and not really jiving with the rest of the film.Did you just say the sand storm puts it below
Yo
That sandstorm was baller as fuck, EVERYTHING DIES
I'm pretty sure a BP nom, when nominated, hasn't lost best vfx in about 40 years. So it's either The Revenant or Mad Max. I'd go with Mad Max.The rag dolly and clear CG dying randoms during each wide shot in every chase scene and the tornado/sand storm puts Fury Road a clear step below TFA IMO.
Sandstorm looked terrible. But I hated the movie too.Did you just say the sand storm puts it below

But it definitely didn't look as good as the rest of the film.

It will be well past $850 million after MLK Jr. Day even with a bigger than expected drop. $900 million is a lock, the question is if it can get to $950 million.
Ride Along 2 shall be remembered for taking down Star Wars
Ice cube da gawd
It could've been Revenant, Star Wars fans!
I HOPE YOU ENJOY THIS

Which movie took down Avatar first?
Revenant has been besting Star Wars all week at least.
Dear John
Are people actually hating on the sandstorm? Is that a banworthy offense?

Because nobody in America appreciates orchestrated music anymoreYooooo why can't America get stuff like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yfqTxOTWC9g

I'm going to go and watch Fury Road again out of protest.

YOU HAVE MY AXE
We get shit like this all the time here at the Oregon Symphony. Hell, we just had Home Alone last month. We're getting Back to the Future in the Spring. Pretty sure Jurassic Park is coming through at the end of the year.
We have a shitload of them with the Philadelphia Orchestra
And guess what, Kagari, I GO TO NONE OF THEM
We've already established you're a bad person!

And guess what, Kagari, I GO TO NONE OF THEM
How have I lived in Philly for nearly two years and never thought to look for this? Time to browse the orchestra's website.
It's at the Mann Center, usually. Parking is a real bastard and it's a hell of a walk, but it's real good
Deadline:Any Friday estimates yet?
You had to look that up, didn't you?
Norm of the North holding a 3% on RT. We got our first contender for bad movies of 2016.

Is Norm of the North as fine a bear-based film as 2014s adorable Paddington? Well, does a bear rape The Revenants Leonardo DiCaprio in the woods? No, it absolutely does not. And, alas, Norm of the North is more ursa minor than ursa major.

But we get great review intros out of it and by great I mean unbearable.

A pioneering feat in the field of twerking polar bear animation but blearily retrograde in every other respect, Norm of the North should only be screened in case of parental emergency.
