When I read they were using the song, I rolled my eyes. The implementation was flawless, they even had cuts from the instrumental take. This was a very considered thing.

When WB is on with trailers, they are ON. I think George Miller cut his own trailers for Mad Max, but you can tell they've got a good crew there. They did a real good job working with the song.
Ledger's Joker is going to be hard to top in my eyes. It was just a fantastic performance. Leto's a great actor so I really hope his Joker clicks with me.
Right now, it's tough to judge him because they've only shown a few seconds which may as well mean nothing without the context of the movie. That's the most exciting thing about this movie now though. I was expecting him to be a cameo, but they've given him second billing to Will Smith. He must have a decent sized role then.

Ayer in particular said he thinks they're stupid, so unless they become mandated by WB, I'm guessing they won't be in every DC film.

Unlike most of the internet I hate DoFP, it's not a good movie to me. I expect Apocalypse to be more of the same. A franchise that has 2 decent/good movies and 2/3 of a good movie doesn't exactly have good standing with me

So glad Star Wars isn't doing them. But I heard people saying they should wait to see the after credit scenes after TFA. Glad I knew there wouldn't be any ahead of time.
