The Division - 15 minutes of new gameplay

It’s hard to believe that it’s already been over a month since we last put our game in the hands of thousands of you during our Alpha. During these 3 days, we received countless valuable comments and suggestions and started working on them directly. The team has been hard at work fixing many bugs, but also implementing some changes that should help provide an even better experience during Closed Beta. Here is a list of the most notable changes that you will observe in the upcoming Closed Beta.

GMG has the PC version in their VIP section for less than $40.

GMG is good alright.

Heard on Reddit that GMG's Division keys are another case of alleged grey market keys and not given to them by Ubisoft, hence no beta access bundled to GMG pre-order of Division.

Edit:
Wish I didnt pull the trigger on CDkeys already. :(

CDKeys is cheaper + if allegation is to be believed most likely has same source as GMG is using for Division keys :D

I'm wondering if NVIDIA is going to do the free game promotion with a graphics card purchase, in which case one should be able to find a key in the B/S/T thread.

How about graphics compared to alpha?

One code / platform. Meaning you can redeem access to e.g. PC and PS4 beta on same uPlay account if you have two access codes.

That hasn't been my experience. I tried to do just that and it says I already have the beta redeemed on the account and doesn't let me apply it to a different platform.

When's the beta out on PS4? I'm not up to date, but it's available to everyone right?

You need a beta code to get in, it won't be open beta. Codes are for pre-orders from MOST but not all outlets. Amazon USA issues a code almost immediately and you can cancel right away if you want one but don't like pre-ordering.

Runs:

Jan 29-31 on PS4/PC

Jan 28-31 on Xbox One

For me it allowed to redeem two access codes on same uPlay account, one for PS4 beta and one for PC beta. Even their Beta FAQ says this is how it's supposed to work.

Can I sign up multiple times or for different platforms?
You can definitely sign up for different platforms if you want to have a chance to play the game on different platforms. Please note that signing up multiple times for the same platform won’t be possible or help you in any way as we’ll only send out one access code per beta if you’re on the waiting list and selected for the beta. If you pre-ordered multiple times and on multiple platforms, you will be provided with as many keys as platforms you pre-ordered on.

I'm still confused as to whether amazon will send me another code if I pre-order on another platform

I've not been keeping up with the thread so this may have been answered but how does this game scale when your party is made up of different levels? Is it an average or simply based on the highest level in your party? Assuming this goes for both PVE and PVP?

They should send you another code, yes. I don't see why they wouldn't honor "Pre-order to get beta access code!" agreement, even if you have already game on another platform ordered.

If they don't just link them to that official FAQ that basically says "Access code / platform pre-order" :D
