Demon's Souls 2 - 5 new worlds, new weapons, new bosses, etc....Please, From Software, I want some more.
Metal Gear Solid 5 for PS3 aka a true next Metal Gear for non-handheld systems and not staring Sunny. I would do just about anything for this. Koji directing, of course.
Gears of War 3, if they can match Gears 1's multiplayer and Gears 2's campaign/horde it will be godly.

I think the only one with legit chance of happening quite easily is Kingdom Hearts III, given the success Square has had from it. The only thing preventing that would be if Disney would pull the plug on it, but they profit from all of the licensing fees Square has to pay so it'd be a bad business move to can something that's not only making Disney relevant to gamers, but something that sells by the millions.

I would very much like new entries in the following franchises. This is very much a dream list as I really don't think proper sequels to some of these are feasible any more.
1.) Tribes - More in the style of the first as 2 and Vengeance were meh.
2.) Crusader - Both No Remorse and No Regret were awesome. It's been way too long.
3.) Ninja Gaiden - The viseral combat of II with the polish and balance of I.
4.) SWAT - First two were a bit slow paced for me but 3 & 4 were both great.
5.) Jedi Knight - No more nerf-bat light sabers please. One slice, one kill. I'm looking at you, Force Unleashed.
6.) Duke Nukem - :lol
7.) Bionic Commando - The remake was... decent, but I think it deserves another shot in a new dev's hands.
8.) Resident Evil - More like 4 (tense), less like 5 (zero tension). Also, no more forced co-op. Seperate campaigns if you absolutely have to have that shit in a RE game.
9.) Unreal Tournament - Best arena FPS ever deserves another shot with UE4, ditching the Gears look with it.
10.) System Shock - More like 2, less like Bioshock.
I remain cautiously optimistic for the Deus Ex and Thief sequels as well as Blizzard's usual offerings.

All the big usual ones (Zelda, Metroid etc) of course, but from the recently being played file - Borderlands 2.
Utter shit Mad Moxxi DLC soured my taste a bit, but if I ignore that and remember the hundreds of hours I've spent in the regular game+zombie DLC having fun, I remember how awesome they can be when they actually put some effort into it. Borderlands is one of the few games I have 100% achievements on (60/60).
