Please?
Edit:
Same for a next Elder Scrolls, just substitute Bethesda for Bioware.

None of this stuff will ever happen, thanks for making me depressed! This industry is too obsessed with waggling, casual fitness, mini games, touch screens and realistic drab polygon worlds now.

dead-or-alive-4-20050916064740593_640w.jpg

I need my Dead or Alive 5 already; which is hopefully already happening this year.

I can't believe The Elder Scrolls didn't make it until page 3. For shame GAF, for shame. I'm not even the biggest fan of the series (Oblivion had its fair share of flaws), but each installment is definitely ambitious and the next one will be a major event too.

OP should check out The Old Republic anyway. I wasn't a fan of MMO's either and I was a bit disappointed to see no KOTOR 3 coming any time soon. But after checking out some development news and trailers I am stoked for this game. It really looks like they're just taking KOTOR and making it multiplayer. Should at least give it a shot.

Monster Hunter 3/ Tri ... G (trig? 3rd G? 3G? Tres2? Tri-2? Triangle?)
Monster Hunter Portable 3
Monster Hunter Portable 3...G
Monster Hunter assorted numbers and letters
Monster Hunter assorted letters and numbers
Mon... ster... Hun... ter....
Monnnnnnnnnsterrrrrrrr Hunnnnttttterrrrrr

and Powerstone.

....and a Kaiju Busters 2 since Bandai and Tsubaraya whore Ultraman out like a cheap two dollar hooker to whatever company they can plaster his face all over like some kind of filthy sci- fi bukkake exhibition.

I don't know where that analogy came from.

Resistance 3
Killzone 3
Uncahrted 3 (or whatever Naughty Dog is working on next)
Uncharted Kart Racers (CTR was so awesome, that said Jak X wasn't that great)
Motorstorm 3
inFamous 2
Beyond Good & Evil 2 (it's been announced, but it would be the same if wasn't)
next Pilotwings (BELIEVE!)
next F-Zero (that said F-Zero on Wii or DS isn't super exciting...)
next Elder Scroll

That's all I can think of at the moment, it seems like Sony has brainwashed me or something, their first party game are so fucking good these days.

Inevitable:

  • Ace Attorney 5 - Because it's Ace Attorney. I think this is one of the few franchises that still gets me hyped up for each new release.
  • Castlevania DS: My 1999's So Fucked Up I Got To Whip / Stake You: It's Straight-Up Belmont Time. Stale formula, but they're still very enjoyable. IGA Defense Force!
  • Sid Meier's Civilization V - Not that I'm done with Civ4, and they'd have to pack a lot of content in there for it to compete with Civ4+two expansions. I do think Civ4 could use a better interface, less cluttered visuals and overall smoother engine.

Fairly realistic:

  • Beyond Good & Evil 2

I can dream, can't I?

  • Sid Meier's Pirates 2! - The recent (?) Pirates! was an excellent remake of the original. Now expand on the concept - hideout construction, Great Pirate recruiting, random questlines, random rivals / pirate hunters to co-star in your story etc.
  • Skies of Arcadia 2 - I honestly can't say why the cliche-ridden SoA is so damn good, it has no right to be. Airships and pirates make everything better I guess.
  • Little Big Adventure 3 - About time?

I am confident all of these will be announced at E3 this year.

DQX, Zelda Wii and Pikmin 3 for my Wii. Metroid: Other M looks rad, but I'm not a believer yet.

For my PC, Crysis 2, Diablo 3 and whatever Valve has on its sleeves are highly antecipated.

A mix of announced games and not

Halo Reach
Saints Row 3
Lost Odyssey 2
Mirror's Edge 2
Rallisport Challenge 3
Crackdown 2
The next Counter Strike
Star Wars Battlefront 3 (as long as they keep 4 player splitscreen)

Chrono Trigger 2
Silent Hill (but have it more like part 1 and 2)
Super Mario RPG (not paper and not mario & luigi)

Of all the potentials I'll stick to saying SSX cos I haven't heard anything about it. A Twisted Metal game would be sweet too.

Valkyrie Profile 3: Cutting My Wrist...I mean Hrist.

-Baten Kaitos 3
-Kingdom Hearts 3
-The World Ends With You 2
-TURN BASED Paper Mario
-Brave Fencer Musashi in the vein of the first one

Geometry Wars 3

Warcraft 4
Plants vs. Zombies 2

Counter Strike (though I doubt it will happen until Valve moves on to a new engine)
ZOE 3 (stop teasing me Kojima)
Persona 5 (I know its coming, just a matter of when)

Kya: Dark Lineage 2. It'll never happen since no one bought the first one, but it's hinted at in the ending.

Test Drive Unlimited 2. Don't own any current consoles atm, but I'll go wherever this one lands.

There's no such thing as Syphon Filter 7, Syphon Filter DM, LS and OS were all side quests.
The PSP games were certainly not side quests. You could make the argument that Omega Strain was, but even then it was supposed to be a large release. The PSP games practically wrapped up the series, so I do not see how they could be conceived as side quests. Did you play them? Don't see why you would say they need to add a cover system if you had, since they already added one.

There have been 6 main games in the series (with Combat Ops being the one real side quest) with the next one being the seventh. So until it has a title, it is Syphon Filter 7.

inFamous 2
Demon's Souls 2 (please please)
KZ3
Gears of War 3
MGS 5
Smuggler's Run 3
I would like this too, but it seems Rockstar San Diego is not going to do it. :(

I can't wait for Valkyria Chronicles 2. I don't give a rat's ass that it's on the PSP. I'd prefer if it was PS3, but I'm pumped we're even getting a sequel.

Crackdown 2 is going to be solid.

Final Fantasy 20... you know that shit is coming eventually. At that point it will be more than comical how many games there are in that series.

A new Pilotwings.

I would love a sequel to Freedom Fighters too.

I'd like Retro Game Challenge 2 for the U.S.

Hmm.

NOLF 3 (thanks GAF)
KOTOR 3 (offline please, I don't like MMO games)
Max Payne 3 (you know, in New York)
Lost Odyssey 2 (E3 2010? Please?)
Kameo 2 (thanks for killing it, MGS. I love you too)
Persona 5
Heavenly Sword 2 (Kai was amazing. Make it happen, Sony)
Prince of Persia 2 (I would love to play a new PoP this year. Too bad that Ubi didn't announce one)
Mirrors Edge 2
Dead Space 2
Crackdown 2 (The first one was pure rock n roll)
Jedi Knight 3
Dudebro, My Shit is Fucked Up So I Got to Shoot/Slice You II: It's Straight-Up Dawg Time

The Witcher 2! The first one is fantastic, i'm loving every minute of it. And it seems the developers want to make it multi platform, so i won't need to upgrade my poor pc to play it at a decent level.

Mirror's Edge 2
Banjo-Threeie (Put 4J on it, Rare!)
Beyond Good and Evil 2
The real sequel to Curse of Monkey Island
New DJ Max Portable
Pikmin 3
System Shock 3
A good new Metroidvania of some sort
Warcraft IV
Trackmania 2
