Project Guard
Project Giant Robot
Well, they're still there.
Did triforce heroes outsell four swords adventure?
mario kart wii (wii): 35.53m
mario kart ds (ds): 23.56m
mario kart 7 (3ds): 13.03m
mario kart 64 (n64): 9.87m
super mario kart (snes): 8.76m
mario kart 8 (wii u): 7.24m
mario kart double dash (gc): 6.88m
mario kart super circuit (gba): 5.91m
Woolly World is a big surprise. Never thought it would reach a million when the reception is lukewarm. Same with Triforce Heroes.
Those Wii U release schedules are mega sad, though. They've got nothing coming out!
Pokémon XY 14.46 million LTD
Pokémon AS 11.16 million LTD
Impressive numbers and close to their predecessors (BW, SSHG) even with weaker contributions from Japan.
Yoshi's Woolly World at 1.31 million. Nice!
They have a better 3ds lineup this year and Zelda on WiiU. Price drops for both systems before NX hits might be possible as well.Nintendo is expecting to sell more 3DS and Wii U units this year, compared to 2015. Am I reading this right?
Would this mean that they don't expect to release NX anytime soon?
http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1039957I wanna see the thread where people said Splatoon would flop.
Third-party titles coming up, but no dates:
TBF, XY's difference to BW in Japan just about covers the difference between XY and BW globally. 4m vs 5m respectively.
Hang on, has Smash Wii U really not hit 1 million or am I missing something?

I can't see the pdf right now but that should be the end of financial year forecast, which is 3 months from now.

so it's all japan's fault. never thought Pokemon would he in a situation where a decline in japan is bigger than in the west.
It'll bomb.
Of course not. I'll be amazed if it reaches 1 million.
lol no
It'll do ok but nothing impressive
I'm expecting Wonderful 101 levels of bomb.
Maybe about as well as wonderful 101
No it's going to flop. But it will be marketed by Nintendo as the next big one though.
I'm expecting somewhere around 700k
I think probably between 500K and 1M. If it bombs horribly they can just put a Mario skin and sell a lot next time.
You might see an Inkling as a Assist Trophy in Smash 5
That's about it
Its totally going to flop. It doesnt have anything the mainstream audience want.
Those Amiibo numbers are insane!
Xenoblade not selling 1M is beyond me...

I know some people said Splatoon would bomb hard, but it would be super petty to dig up those old posts and then mock them.

To be fair, it counts just 4 weeks of Xenoblade sales for non-Japan.
Why? We know what it did in Japan, and we have hints that it launched over 200k in the US. Even if EU matched US sales, it would place the game slightly higher than 500k. Plus you have to remember the game released in Dec. for US/EU.
Think it's a big case of a dry release schedule. Better something than nothing. They weren't blasted negatively like the tennis game.
Woolly World is anything but a lukewarm experience, those early reviews from certain sites were beyond stupid and way off the mark. Level design, gameplay, aesthetics and soundtrack are all beautifully polished, and bursting with joy, each level is throwing something new at you. WW is the successor YI SNES deserves and makes the Artoon/Arzest YI titles look embarrassing in comparison.
