The Nintendo 3DS adaptor is $6.00 refurbished on the Nintendo store. Quite a discount for someone if they need one. Shipping is usually not the best from there, but quite a deal if you're ordering something else with it.

It's absolute madness that a mobile device is being sold in retailers without a charger. I wonder how many people who buy a new 3DS knows about this.

It was great when I got back home one time and I noticed my charger's cord was torn apart. Apparently my sister ran over it with the vacuum. And then again for the Wii U's Gamepad charger. Good times. Lost money.
 
Does anyone know if the Mario and Zelda codes from the eShop deal can be used on a US of A account? Obviously the dollars can't.

How legit are these codes? They seem kind of sketchy and I don't remember any bundles that included codes like that being included. Don't wanna fuck up my NNID or anything (if it's even possible).
 
If I want to switch out a game from my preordered amazon orders, will Amazon CS do it and maintain the discounts applied to the order? Or should I not risk it?

They're from Costco Wii U bundles. I guess the remaining codes fell out of a truck, but they seem to be legit from Nintendo.

Oh, okay. Guess I'll pick one up then. I already own SMB and LoZ on Wii Uso I'll have to either get rid of the codes to someone on GAF or to a friend or something.

No idea, but I'd honestly suggest just keep trying with CS reps until you get someone who will.

I was just lucky my first time, might have helped that I was planning on cancelling both orders without buying anything else otherwise.

I'm thinking about selling my physical copy -- which I got as a gift -- because I tried wiping dust off of it with an alcohol wipe and there's a bit of a smudge on it. Digital is an option, and cheap, but at like 46gb it'll take forever to download.

Tempting, though.

Sometimes there's a bit of dust (or even plastic shavings) on the bottom of new discs, so I always check them. I usually just blow it off outside my room, but this stuff wouldn't come off and the alcohol wipe smudged the disc in a tiny area. It's not a big deal, as it works fine, but I'd prefer to swap it for a new copy even if it means selling now and waiting for a price drop.

I don't even see it on EBGames' site, and Best Buy's was acting up last night.

Someone offered me Battlefront for it, but I've had my fill of that and would just end up turning around and selling it. I doubt it'd be worth the hassle.

There's definitely dust here, though, and I hate it. I have two cats that I love, but I try to limit how much they go into my room.

I actually need to dust my systems, but have procrastinated (they're not too bad) because I'm trying to think of something that won't scratch the glossy portion.

'tis true

My games are all in perfect shape so that bugs me a bit.

But my Internet is so bad that downloading the digital version would take close to a day. I can wait for it -- it's just harddrive strain that worries me.

Do you know: How long the sale is on for the digital version? I didn't see that when I looked at the store.
 
Hey Canada-GAF, any chance we have a preferred fighting stick that gives you performance and ... *gulp* ...value? I'd rather not shell out several hundred dollars for one, but I don't know which ones are good, and where to get them.
 
Gas is 67.9 here in St. Catharines. There has been a price war going on for months between several stations and it is driving prices down all over the city.
