Confession Time : I rented Bubsy II twice. Twice when I was a small child.
I thought it was the bees knees.....(._. )
I rented the first game when I was 12 or 13ish. I also thought it was kinda cool. But then I decided to play it a few years ago. It turns out that it's not very cool. It's actually really, really, poorly designed. It makes the 2D Sonic games look like freakin' masterpieces.
(I never played the second. I've heard it's worse.)

Believe the hype, 2 is complete trash.
One is ...kinda passable, it's actually faster than Sonic but has the same glaring issue of "Man was not meant to travel at these speeds".
At least one kinda had a bangin' soundtrack.
2 had a funny thing where the music would change and speed up to match your movement but because you would frequently stop and start at high speeds, the music would completely freak out and some instruments would play for a note then just cut out.
Also the timing for the song would frequently change so it'd sound like the instruments were off-beat.
What a great game.
Reminds me I still need to finish season 1.
I was hoping there'd be more allusions to Hell's Kitchen being about to blow up or whatever. Is that place ever not about to ____?
Show is really fun though. I enjoy watching for them to make references to "this city" or "hell's kitchen" being in trouble in some form.

Really fun show, although the finale was a bit ehhh could've been better but i loved it. Show has the greatest intro ever. Never skipped it.

I think they're playing it a bit safe. They got four shows to play around with, with the upcoming Luke Cage and in the near future Iron Fist, I don't see anything major happening to Hell's Kitchen unless all the Defenders gang up. I wonder when The Defenders is scheduled for.

Did the Punisher and Daredevil cross paths a lot in the comic? I know that's probably a stupidly obvious question but I don't know a lot about the Daredevil stuff on the comic side.

I'm more a fan of Punisher than Daredevil, but yeah they have their encounters pretty often. I'm ok if they change him in some ways for the show but the show writers seems like they know what they're doing. I'm seriously hyped off the roof. Watched that trailer a few times since i posted it.
I'm mostly a fan of the 2002 Daredevil movie

If it was DLC for Rock Band, I may or may not have sung it. It's been so many years, I honestly forget. I was the only one in my group of friends who was willing and able to actually be the singer.

Both Guitar Hero and Rock Band has it in some form. I've played it many times on Rock Smith. It's pretty fun to play.
One of the new temps today is already on my nerves. Answering personal calls and rapping along to music loudly. Holy shit.
This cheers me up though.
I played SotC long enough to beat 3 or so bosses, then said I'm good forever. Granted I was at a friend's place playing it, but yeah. Color me as someone that team Ico isn't for.
Things like Brothers and Journey were much more effective in my mind. Much shorter, concise experiences.
Half Life 2 took me 3 years to beat. The opening hours of that game are so damn slow, but it gets really good.

I get it. I really liked RDR, but that was after struggling with Mexico forever. That almost made me quit the game.I'm trying to think of the most popular game that I found boring to play but the only thing that comes to mind is Red Dead Redemption. And it's more that I dislike the writing and story so much that it sours everything else for me. I do love the setting and just going around and hunting animals.

No. I wish I was good at fighting games but if it's not Smash then I'm getting my butt kicked.
This is my precise view of fighting games. It's something I like the idea of but I just can't be good at.
But I am pretty good at Smash! Pretty recently I made my two grown friends actually angry at me because I kept kicking their asses with my Dedede and talking shit. Not play mad, actual mad.

I'm absolutely getting my butt kicked 100%, but I'm still excited to play it.
It helps that I have a local place that holds tournaments every week, so I may actually practice a lot more than anticipated.
A buddy came round Friday night to break out SFIV and a few other fighters to warm up a bit for SFV.
I'm so out of practice it's not funny. I expect my Zangeif is going to get manhandled online for quite some time, think I'll find out whether I have the time and patience to get good again in short order.
Gotta get paid.

I like both. What's wrong with liking Linkin Park? I don't like their new stuff but older albums were pretty nice.

I played about two hours of Bloodborne... I don't think there's a chance of me beating it any time this year. So congratulations. :3Bloodborne has been beaten.
I haven't finished my statistics homework but I just wrote like ten notebooks full of equations that I don't fully understand. I think I need a break. (And to go to office hours tomorrow.)
