I turned on just the "Restart battle" shortcut, which works when I press L3. But the touchpad doesn't do anything.
Can anyone confirm that the touchpad really works even with a Dualshock 4?

Gotta admit, Cammy's battle costume is my favorite. Reflective goggles ftw. Too bad I had no intentions of using her.

Same for me, yesterday all my matches were so good and today i am getting constant rollbacks.
This is sad to hear. With 1v1 lobbies a rematch button is a must. And FT3 should obviously do it.

Still no luck with getting any matches online (ranked or casual).
I've checked my network settings on the PS4 and I've got NAT 2 (I've opened all the ports) on my router. All other online games I play are fine (even SF4 on the PS4) but I still can't get any matches on this one. Any advice? I'm at a loss as to what the issue could be.

I actually went through the 35 pages, but I skipped most of the posts, and were only looking for useful tips, links and Youtube videos. I have so many links in my SFV bookmarks folder. Super nice. Gonna go for a shower, and then add people. I'll send a PM, when I have added you to my CFN list.

Probably no more codes lying about now. I may as well redeem Ryu, I'll have to buy Cammy's later on... This wouldn't have happened if Capcom UK even told us who was getting what preorder bonus. I didn't find out who Bison was with until release. Cammy not long after I cancelled my preorder with them, urgh.

Right bit of a weird question but was hoping someone could help me here.
The Venom and the new TE's don't have headphone ports. Managed to get a few hours on the game last night and realized that I couldn't use a mic or headphones in a PS4 party.
I connected the headset that I have (wired) to my PS4 pad and signed in as a guest. After doing this I could hear the sound of the game and the party through the headset but the PS4 notified me that it couldn't find a mic to use.
Don't really know how to get my mic working at this point, anyone have any ideas?

There is indefinitely more character development. The issue people have with it is, is not that it is less than SF4 but it isn't MKX. I'm sure if story mode was arcade mode but they spread the scenes out then the would be less complaining I guess. But then people would be like 'but Mortal Kombat'.

Yeah I have the hori fight commander 4, I really like it.
Got it when it launched on play asia a year ago. But my girlfriend really likes using it so I want to pick up a Madcatz pad from game and then I'll switch to that. I think it might be better because it has the touchpad which you can set as training mode hotkeys.
Not sure though!
Maybe I'll just buy it and review it. Someone really needs to do a comparison write up between it and the Fight Commander 4, because a lot of people are wanting to play pad now but it's not clear which which are the best quality.

Even though it's short, I'm very happy to see all the character interactions and get updates on non-playable characters too. Looks like Juni is never going to be a fighter again though.

It is indeed. I'm managing to do already nearly all of Vega BnB, claw switching and CA combos within a few hours of getting used to it. And it must be nearly 7 years I didn't play a FG with a pad.
The best thing I like about it is the possibility of having all shoulder buttons on the right side. Really handy, and I find that using PPP (shoulder) + K on the face is way more precise for doing Throw, V-Skill and V-Trigger rather than using my thumb on the 2 face buttons.
I had this happen to me yesterday and as soon as I turned off the match search it was perfectly fine again so I chalked it up to the server issues. I haven't tried survival with search on since they seemingly fixed the servers but training would also do the slowdown and that hasn't happened since then. I'd probably just turn requests off when you're doing survival since progress isn't saved anyway.

Nope can't switch, no idea why since it was implemented in Super and should've been in everything after. Kinda sucks since they way they've done Main Menu music is really dope and than they do this...

Yeah, the price for the premium costumes are just horrible... and I say that as someone who will buy battle Cammy day 1 the moment it hits the store.
But going from $1 a costume in SFxTK to $4 in SFV is just money grabbing, and it sucks that i'll buy them if they look good enough.
That's some bullshit but I better be able to spend some fight money on that. Best Cammy color.
