No. Apparently the blu ray release is going to have a R-rated cut. The version in theatres will be PG. Should be okay for your 10 year old son, the film is being heavily marketed towards younger children.
Oddly enough, none. I don't...look at Superhero films that way? So the visuals of The Dark Knight never really stood out to me. Well, I will say that Nolan Bat movies were very clean. Very sterile. But again, they didn't wow me.

I think perhaps it's a good thing that some of us are thinking this way. There is already evidence pointed out that the film will answer this confusion in some way. My suspension of disbelief is a little high though so YMMV!

I doubt he'll use it again. Either it'll get destroyed, he'll find it too cumbersome, or probably both.

I see no problem with this line of thinking. The trailer itself was cut poorly, but the reveal itself is fine to me.
You must have never gone into practically any movie thread on GAF. Any Marvel thread has "Looks like a TV show!" at least more than once. Revanant threads were full of praise for the cinematography the past few months. etc etc

Reveal was fine to me, Im just talking about one of the worst Trailers I have ever seen.
Compared to MOS, Watchmen, hell even Sucker Punch..............The first trailer for this was a cluster, I don;'t understand how the studio, Snyder, or anyone else thought that was a good idea for a trailer, and the music choice was an abomination. It almost seemed like a parody you would see on SNL.
They overestimated how much the Doomsday leaks had infiltrated the general movie-goer Zeitgeist, it seems.
I sort of knew Doomsday was in the film via rumours but I certainly wasn't sure.

And my disbelief is that the airport standoff in civil war will just end up with Ironman having a blackeye and some z tier superhero dead in between happy jokes, why is it so hard to have a difficulty with batman and superman fighting when they've been doing it for decades in comics and animations whyyyy

I think that was the second trailer, but I agree. It was nowhere near the trailers of MoS, which is what I expect of Snyder every time.

Even in Dark Knight Returns, Batman fighting Superman is never presented as an equal fight. It's a David and Goliath kind of thing. Superman is just trying to subdue him, but Batman is pulling out every single cheap shot and exploit possible just to stay alive and get a shot in.

Iron Man went toe to toe with Thor in the first Avengers and no one had this issue. Come on now, you have a Supergirl avatar so I assume you watch that show. It's the same reason Kara isn't shredding through enemies every week.

I agree, plus it was also about bringing Wonder Woman into the picture as well. Her reveal in that trailer was awesome.

I'm sorry but it's the underlying tone since forever about this movie here, everything is nitpicked to hell and back. I've seen him gush in marvel threads no suspension of disbelief there
They shouldn't have spoiled that either. That would have been a great theater moment unspoiled.

Batman has been in JL stories facing off against aliens with Supes and Wonder Woman alongside starring in Batman stories where he fights mob bosses, psycopaths, and femme fatales for over 50 years in the comics. Don't see why that would be weird in film.

Yeah I was really surprised they showed him right off the bat. Contrast it with the Suicide Squad trailer where they still havent really shown who or what the big bad of the movie is. I think that the SS trailers have been consistently much better then the ones for BvS.
