Do we know if different regions can invade/co op each other or are we relegated to wherever we are?
ah, so now it's ''weak'' and not ''wack'', sure. and no, it's really not. ''I saw a thread on reddit complaining about it - dude must be legit'' how to form an opinion amiriteyeah lets pretend "the second half of Dark Souls is kinda weak" is some weird opinion nobody has ever said for years, right
There's an option to play around with regions so I assume you can.
Seems to be on the shorter side.
wow, with the silver serpent ring on I'm getting 20K as a summon for fighting thewhich takes like < 5 minutesabyss watchers
think I found a nice grinding spot here
Sweet. Thank you. Now to jump through 494949 hoops because of namco.
so far this faith build is being useless, haven't found a single weapon scaling with the stat and I still have to find a single decent offensive miracle. killed 4 bosses and I'm still using the same shitty dark(?) axe I got from a mimic.

second half has one of the best locations of the game in it, if anything. Lost Izalith alone doesn't make the whole thing bad, weak or whatever.
I'm only 2 bosses in. When do weapon arts come available?

nice, I'll go back there and see if I can find it.I found a faith based long sword in the first area. It's right before where the big guy is circling the fountain with all the dead knights lying around. I had to fall down a hole to get it.
Well, DS2 map design is a complete joke outside selected few.The map design in DS3 makes DS2's look like a complete joke.

So...is the final boss ?Countess of Ashes
You are not alone in this feeling, is definetly harder.
?
They are avaliable from the start, some weapons needs to be on 2 handed mode, that's all.
You press R2 to activate it.
It's a shame. I was really hoping DS3 would take some inspiration from Bloodborne and make no shield runs easier/more fun.
I'm currently trying to get summoned in front of the AWbyssFoggate, but only got summoned once by a host who died 1 Minute into the fight. Is SL 49 too high for that boss?atchers
put your sign down at the bonfire, i'm being summoned within 30 seconds at level 45
from a few vague comments i've read online one of the possible final bosses, idk if there's a true final boss and she's like the moon presence equivalent

Ahh ok. I started as a merc with the dual swords and recently picked up a broadsword and a new shield. R2 with the starting dual wield looked like it was just a strong attack to me. Unless that's just the art for that weapon?
Anyone tried out the katanas? What are the weapons arts like, any stand out ones?

In my case I welcome the challenge, DS2 was to easy outside of gank enemy squads.
Yes, thats the weapon art of the scimitar

HOLY shit it's Demon's Souls all over again.
spoiler about a miracle,
characters with at least 15 faith is going to be the pvp meta.
Thanks. Sorry all I'm posting silly questions. I kind of got this installed and wasn't paying attention as I was playing it as I was just so excited to get into souls again.

Only the first one you get early. I'm 6 bosses in and haven't found another yet, although I'm guessing I've missed a couple somewhere. I'm currently running around with it in 2handed weapon art mode 95% of the time and it seems to be working out okay so far, although I'm probably making the game harder on myself by playing it like this.
You can see the weapon arts for it here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lXqyZ5YpdIA
Only one, the weapon art isquick draw stance, R1 makes a for a quick draw attack and R2 is a parry move
Is fun, but takes awhile to adapt, is both similar but yet different enough from DS2 katanas.
Immediately once you get to Firelink.
