Rub Reggie's cheeks in the new WarioWare.

NINTENDO DOES NOT REVEAL THE NAMES TO THIRD PARTIES
More from the handbook "leaker". Don't know what to make of this yet. Nothing too crazy.

And it was 100 dollars more at release than the DS.
This makes no sense at all. What is the pocket console and what is the pocket handheld? What is Pocket referring to now? He does not seem to have any technical knowledge. Why should someone like him have any of that info?
And we're done here.
"Pocket Console"

No this is more like the offscreen mode.
I don't know. There's nothing too fanboyish in there yet. But there's so little to go on right now, it's hard to say. Some of the details are quite specific but also mundane. I'm reserving judgement for the time being.
I know I'm super late but I like it! I like it a lot!
This with some real buttons and I will never look back!
Thanks, now I'm hungry.
That's exactly my point. Computers can only render images in rectangular or square shapes. These Moto360-or-whatever watches have a circular-shaped screen but the rendering is still performed where you can't see the corners. Their guidelines even specify a "safe margin" where you shouldn't place UI elements 'cause they'd be cropped by the screen's shape.
Maybe game developers can render the unseen part of the screen shape at a much lower res or whatever, but you'd still be seeing just a portion of what is actually being rendered. PC monitors at 21:9 and 16:9 are still rectangular, they show all the pixels they render.
I would believe the documents and such would still have NX as the code name and not pocket or it's real name so as to not leak the real name because releasing new hardware is highly confidential stuff.
I'm not too sure myself on the images themselves, but I'm pretty convinced that the real thing will be similar to what we've seen. Which is already pretty concerning to me.
Darn you. I'm hungry now.
called the pocket.... doesn't fit in a pocket. It's Legit alright.

Again, I'll repeat. The 3DS was using "cutting edge Sharp screens" as well...
3DS is pretty much the worst counterpoint anyone could possibly make to the "this will make the device too expensive" argument.
I'm responding specifically to the part about the price being too high.
3DS is far and away Nintendo's biggest poster child for hardware that was overpriced at launch.
I'm sorry. This looks terrible.
What market are they going for with this??
The Wii was so successful because they appealed so much to the casual gamer market. Motion controls were a new and interesting way to socialize (Wii Sports, etc.), so all sorts of people who didn't really play video games went and bought it.
The Wii U was a failure because people thought it was the same thing as the Wii, plus the market mentioned above moved to mobile gaming.
Now, who the hell (other than core Nintendo gamers) is going to buy this thing that looks like a Phone with 2 knobs in the way of the screen?
Not really...the 3DS's cost and power issues were from 3D and how taxing that was, not from the cost of the components. It's only a bad argument if the person has no idea what the 3DS' technical faults were caused by
It's not Nintendo's fault you don't own any JNCOs

Lmfao at how thirsty we all are

Maybe Nintendo didn't want it to leak on the webz and typed it on a typewriter and send it with the mailman.HA, That Internal Handbook is awful.
Every internal document I've used was pdf or if it was in word all the stuff on the TOC would be hotlinked so you can get to the page better. This looks like someone got a typewriter out and made this over a couple hours.
