Why did you swap Birthright and All Star, Bobby?

Is there something wrong with you?

I forgot about "For All Seasons." Love that one too. Those are all great ones though.

Zack Snyder knows moviegoers don't care about this shit. They want to see Superman brood and get his ass kicked by a psychopath with a pointy eared helmet

Well since Snyder is gonna stay on board, the next Superman movie should just completely diverge from the main storyline and maybe it'll be weird enough to be good. Supes vs Ultrasphix anyone?

Nah, it's about the deep themes, and how real this world is. That's why they are better than Marvel, they are not pure escapism, they challenge me intellectually and psychologically. They really tell you something deep and make you think.

She's so hot

No, but I legit do not remember this part at all.

That is some impressive checking-out, haha. I mean, I was no fan of the movie at all, but still..

Wonder Woman opens an email from Bruce that has her picture from Belgium 1918 and all the meta-human files with video footage (complete with character logos) that he stole from Luthor. She clicks on each one and you see footage of Flash, Aquaman, and Cyborg. The entire sequence is at least a couple of minutes long.

Flash also appears at the end of the desert knightmare dream sequence although I didn't know who the hell it was supposed to be when I saw it.

The film has a few redeeming moments after it starts to go downhill, but my favourite is that the critical reception has been so poor. It really deserved that, and Justice League is going to fall on its face if it isn't much better.

They've already played their 'see Batman and Superman on screen together for the first time' card, heck Wonder Woman too, and nobody gives a shit about seeing Aquaman, so Justice League better be a good film if it wants to do better at the box office than this one.

Not if he's gonna be looking like he's holding his breath the whole movie lol..

I have no clue why anyone would care about a Justice League movie after seeing this.
Unless you want to see a group of assholes who have no chemistry or camaraderie fight Darkseid.

I should really get around to reading Birthright. I've had it sitting around forever, don't know why it's taken me so long to read.

Just got back movie isn't bad sheeesh i thought I was going to see a cluster fuck trainwreck in the end i saw a movie that was 30mins too long and some parts were poorly edited, also the final battle is lame, and Jesse's Lex wasn't the worst character in the movie, Superman was...

Fuck that. AT LEAST he barely spoke in this. That fuckstick Luthor needs his hands tied and his larynx crushed..
Maybe it needs more kissing.

I don't know if it was because I was expecting a complete disaster, but this wasn't as bad as critics make it out to be.

Yeah some of the editing and jumping from scene to scene is a bit much, but some parts, like Batman and Wonder Woman were awesome
but I guess this Batman version is ok with killing

I'm actually interested in the DCU now.

I mean that's a lot of things wrong haha

So one of these threads needs a poll. Just a "Did you like BvS, Y/N?" poll.

I feel like I'm seeing a decent number of people come into these threads to say they liked it, but most of them peace out after that one post. Meanwhile a lot of the people who hate it make like 100 posts each (bananafactory, cough).

This could just be confirmation bias though. Hence why we need a poll. We need hard data.

Duckroll, Ghaelon, somebody? Be the hero GAF deserves?

I've been saying this over and over again. But use a 1-10 or 1-5 scale.
